Using the App online is simple, if your a member you have access to free shipping, and you can purchase from multiple retailers all at the same time.

Shopping was so easy.
Filtering for what i was looking for was easy.

Straightforward to order things and tends to be fair value for money

I will not order, though the market again as still waiting for a package and sent a message, letting them know that it didn't arrive, and got a message saying they would get back in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 12 days with no response. Bad customer service and no phone number to ring them. Look at bad reviews, beware do not order from them.

Easy to find the item I was looking for & very straight forward to select & buy.

Got an excellent bargain with a warranty. Easy to purchase. Hopefully we will be delighted when parcel arrives.

We ordered a battery powered mower, hedge trimmer, blower and a spare battery on the 22nd March.
on the 29th March the hedge trimmer, blower and a spare battery arrived but no mower, with no paperwork whatso ever.
We where given no tracking number so we could not find out where the mower was?
There is no phone number so you email them, three times! I have received an email with a tracking number. On calling Courier Post I was informed that that the Market had only just got the mower ready to be collected, from Hamilton! I am in Warkworth.
Bunnings on the other hand are really got this mastered. I ordered a spray gun last Friday it was delivered Monday, with Good Communication 2mins after the order.
Now 14 days mower still not left the Market depot in Hamilton.

Delivery was swift but item was faulty. Returned it immediately, but have been having on-going back-and-forth email correspondence with no refund for over two months. Useless.

Great Experience! Quick and Easy Online process. Just be mindful, if you purchase a 3pc Bedroom sets. the heavy items will come with a Freight company due to lifting weight restrictions. The lighter items will come with a courier. Happy Experience though!

Finding the product was easy, there is a good range of product to choose from. Ordering was easy, delivery was reasonable, price was great.

Unlike some of my online shopping experiences The Market has been without drama or disappointment. I know that I'll get whatever it is I order and won't have to battle some uncooperative and mysterious Chinese company to get a refund if the product is faulty or never arrives.
