Easy to use website. Great service and fast delivery

Never buying again on this market nz, i jist tracked my order it says delivered but i haven't received anything checked mu front and back doors there's nothing.

If something go wrong with the product they don’t even answer your emails, no one is interested, no one care.
Avoid The Market mostly when buying more expensive product. Customers Guarantee Act don’t exist, only email they will send is automatic one telling that someone will respond in next few days. I’m waiting already few months!

Order hasn't arrived yet, just showing as shipped. Tried using the tracking number on their website but nothing happens after I enter it.
It actually arrived today 14.2.23 so maybe it just takes very long.

Bought a laptop with estimated delivery times of 9-15 days. It took a month before I got a notification of being shipped and 3 weeks after that I still have not received my item and no tracking number either. Customer help has been unhelpful telling me to continue to wait. Reading the other reviews this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.

Update: Had to get my credit card service to get involved before customer service ended up doing anything. Turns out they lost my item.

Ordered multiple items last month, some have shipped however the PS5 hasn’t. Tried to cancel the order due to poor communication, complete radio silence from so called customer service. Avoid dealing with the market, go direct to the supplying company at least you can deal with them directly if and when some thing goes wrong.

Ordered 12 bottles, two deliveries, the first four were wrong bottles, placed complaint, no response. Looked for chat option, does not exist. Looked up the domain name TheMarket.com and all contact details are "redacted for privacy" do NOT trust this pos company.
