Fab people to deal with
I opened a new ISA with Nottingham Building Society that I wanted to fund by transferring two existing ISAs and new money.
The online process was so easy and, as I was transferring two ISAs, I had to phone customer service to transfer the second ISA.
The customer service agent was really easy to talk to and efficiently processed my request. I was kept informed by email at every stage of the transfers
This is the first account I have opened with Nottingham Building Society but I donât think it will be my last.
