I have been using TOLA for many years now, and each time they have always exceeded expectations, with sound advice and excellent customer service and its always the same team members which is reassuring, I would definitely recommend TOLA to any Landlord.

This is the 5th year that TOLA have been managing my rental property and am very happy with their performance. Magda and the team are always super responsive and helpful, and make every effort to get everything right for both the tenants and myself. I will continue to use TOLA over the coming years and would happily recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish I would highly recommend this company. They have exceeded expectations and are consistently professional, friendly and full of integrity. When needed they also supported me to hold a needed boundary with a tricky situation with previous tenant. They have now found me fantastic tenants and handled the transfer so well. I am so glad I moved agents and found them. Fantastic service.

Excellent service throughout. I have used TOLA the second time round and I highly recommend them to anyone. They will save you a lot of money and hassle and have all the services required for the various things you need to do for the tenancy. Overall comparing their price to the high street agency, one could save potentially thousands of pounds.

I haven't seen better customer services from any other high street agencies. Sarah was co-ordinating my renewal and she was extremely helpful and so prompt in answering any of my queries. Thank you so much Sarah for your help throughout the process from listing to the signing of the new Tenants.
