I have been using TOLA for over 5 years for the tenant find service and they always provide a excellent customer experience. So I did not hesitate using them this time.
Communication was easy and instant. They sent me the renewal link and my advert was up running in hours on all major sites e.g. rightmove. Within two days I had viewings and offers. Great job Helen, Sarah and Eleanor.

We had to place an advert for a commercial property, which had The cost of placing the advert was much more competitive than placing an ad directly with one of the best known property advertising platforms, it also got coverage on other sites that I would never have thought of using, this bought many enquiries. Placing the ad was simple once we overcame a slight issue with problems uploading photos which was resolved quickly when I emailed the team. The customer service is 2nd to none, response times are very quick. We would definitely use again.

Used online lettings to find new tenants, wow how easy it was and at a fraction of the cost of using an estate agents.
Also used to update contract for additional tenant which was all done online and used the E signing facility which was completed within a few days, will never use an estate agents again

I'm a professional landlord with properties in London and one of the early clients of the Online Lettings Agents, around 10 years. As a client I have always found their service professional, friendly and seamless, they have always answered any questions I have on all matters related to lettings. They offer a great service for any landlord or property owner letting property without having to pay high street fees of 7 -12 percent plus VAT, or around one months rent in many cases.

Apart from the financial savings the other advantages I found are that since you do your own viewings you are able to assess if the prospective tenant/s are suitable for the property. In my case I have sometimes sent applicants along allowing the tenants living there to show a property and answer any questions, in many cases this works well as long as you are fair and have a good relationship with them.

It’s very straight forward so why not give it a go, you can always use a high street agent along side, but sometimes this can get tricky if you are both contacted by the same applicants, high street agents always want their commission.
