Greeted with a smile very helpful indeed
From minute walked in to shop within Bon Accord Centre Aberdeen I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile and the staff member took her time to let me smell few different ones before I made my mind up very helpful indeed the staff member name was penny definitely be back next time in area as been best experience in the few perfume shops Iv used over years 10/10

First time going into the store instead of online and wow…
First time going into the store instead of ordering online and can I just say wow… absolutely amazing service from a lovely lady called Penny, though they were just shy of closing and I’m sure she had worked hard! She provided absolutely amazing service and just had a proper nice conversation which made my day so thank you very much and if I need more perfume I’ll be coming back :) thank you!!

Amazing experience!
Really great experience at The Perfume Shop. I usually don’t enjoy shopping for perfume because all the different smells can feel a bit overwhelming, but Penny made it really straightforward. She asked the right questions, helped narrow things down, and let me try a range of options without any pressure. I ended up finding a perfume I absolutely love— great, easy customer service overall.
