She was really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and took the time to help us try a few different fragrances and make some recommendations based on what we liked. The staff are consistently helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about their range, and brilliant at matching options to your budget—whether you're looking for a high-end luxury scent or a great value everyday option.
On my last visit, Maryam helped me find a fantastic deal on a daily men's fragrance. She was absolutely brilliant, taking the time to guide me through the options without any pressure. It’s exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Great shopping experience.
On entering the store my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome by Jamie and asked if he could be of assistance to us. I had only called in to see if they had a tester of a Tom Ford fragrance before committing to a purchase. I was pleased that there was one as I had called unsuccessfully at 2 other stores previously. He talked to us about what fragrances we liked and suggested a couple to us based on our preferences. He was not pushy and made us feel like valued customers. We both ended up making a purchase (not the Tom Ford fragrance) and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. We will definitely use this store again and recommend it to our friends and family.
