After picking my daughter up from school on a Friday, we popped into Colchester town, and I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a new perfume. 🌸
From the moment we walked into the shop, we were greeted with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a lovely vibe. ✨ We were lucky enough to be helped by Chantelle, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. 😊
She made the whole experience so special for both me and my daughter. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. My daughter absolutely loved the experience, all thanks to Chantelle. 💕 She is a real credit to The Perfume Shop and truly represents outstanding customer service. 👏

Exceptional Customer Service
I called your Colchester shop this morning and spoke with Lottie. She was so polite and engaging and answered all my questions efficiently and wished me well. I then visited the shop to make my purchase. Lottie served me and when I confirmed what I wanted, she then said ‘was it you I spoke with earlier today?’. This was a lovely expression of ‘joined up’ customer engagement. The customer experience was wonderful and I thanked Lottie for being so kind, efficient and engaging.
