India was absolutely amazing today! I walked in looking for a perfume for my wedding day and she went above and beyond, letting me test practically every scent in the shop until I found the perfect one. The experience was amazing and I’m so grateful for the amount of effort she went into helping me today. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend The Perfume Shop in Colchester 💖
After picking my daughter up from school on a Friday, we popped into Colchester town, and I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a new perfume. 🌸
From the moment we walked into the shop, we were greeted with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a lovely vibe. ✨ We were lucky enough to be helped by Chantelle, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. 😊
She made the whole experience so special for both me and my daughter. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. My daughter absolutely loved the experience, all thanks to Chantelle. 💕 She is a real credit to The Perfume Shop and truly represents outstanding customer service. 👏
I'll definitely be returning, and I won't be going anywhere else for my perfumes! 🌷 As we left, my daughter turned to me and said, "I've had the best afternoon!" 🥹❤️ That says it all.
Thank you, Chantelle, for making our visit so memorable! 🌟💐

Exceptional Customer Service
I called your Colchester shop this morning and spoke with Lottie. She was so polite and engaging and answered all my questions efficiently and wished me well. I then visited the shop to make my purchase. Lottie served me and when I confirmed what I wanted, she then said ‘was it you I spoke with earlier today?’. This was a lovely expression of ‘joined up’ customer engagement. The customer experience was wonderful and I thanked Lottie for being so kind, efficient and engaging. Please pass on this feedback to Lottie and wish her success in her career,
Best wishes

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Julie at The Perfume Shop in Colchester. She is truly the best sales assistant I have ever met. From the moment we walked in, she made me and my husband feel genuinely welcome, valued, and appreciated. She treated us with such kindness, warmth, and sincerity that we felt a real sense of belonging.
Julie also spoke so kindly about both of us, which made our visit even more special. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service are unforgettable. I pray that more people have the same beautiful character and kindness that she has. Thank you, Julie, for making our day so special. You are a true credit to The Perfume Shop.
