Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Excellent served received from Paul today!
We were served by Paul today. Although he appeared to have lost his voice, he was very patient, warm, and offered us a choice of perfumes to choose from. He even recommended another product, which was very helpful. I will rate my overall customer experience recently from Paul at this branch as excellent!

Staff and service was really good and welcoming. Especially Caliie at St James, perfume store, Edinburgh. She made it easy for me to select the perfume as I didnt have enough time to shop and research because of my travel plans but she was very sweet and warm. I bought 2 pradas(male and female). She really has a good taste.

5 star service
Stopped in at the Perfume Shop out browsing in Edinburgh waiting for the Playhouse. Initially was looking for the new Ghost Linar Goddess to try and we met the lovely Callie. She took us through the scents, helped with the purchase and even threw in a gorgeous wee freebie bag. Absolutely 5 star service and would highly recommend!
