Karen from the Perfume shop was absolutely amazing, the assistance and advice given was great, Christmas shopping for perfume and aftershave is such a stress, but with help and advice we were given it was a breeze, thankyou 🫶🏻

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite being assured that the product would deliver 7–8 hours of use, it struggles to last even 2 hours. This significant discrepancy in performance is both unacceptable and deeply frustrating, especially given the £100 cost.

Sales assistant at the lakeside shop (bottom floor ) was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
She ordered the perfume and it arrived the next day.

Ervina was really helpful took her time with me didn’t feel rushed as I’m a very indecisive, she gift wrapped all the items with great care and attention and was able to tell me the smells and prices straight away of the different perfumes.

I had an amazing service from all members of staff especially Nisha who gave us her complete time attention to find the right scent. Will only be shopping in this branch such a lovely experience Nisha is absolutely the best.

i came to the shop to buy a few new fragrances for myself, i was helped by Sarah and she was a star!!! her kindness, perfume knowledge and expertise blew me away. it made my experience lovely and it was very easy to buy & choose what perfumes to buy for myself without feeling pushed
