Would have been better if the ribbon thanks says merry Christmas was the right way up. A bit disappointing when its a Christmas gift and ive payed alot of money.

Jada was a very pleasant and helpful sales girl and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Loved the sales too!

The first smile of greeting I was given by the staff.

Ordered online what I thought was Romance for men. Got sent the female version so took it into the perfume shop store in Reading to exchange, only to find romance for men no longer exists. However, the staff were so helpful, looking up whether it was available anywhere. They offered to refund or to gift wrap the one I’d brought with me to return. Beyond the call of duty/expectation. Sent me home better!

Went to the store in reading as I unfortunately ordered the wrong perfume. I was greeted my Ramona, the store manager, who was huge help!
She helped me return the incorrect perfume and purchase the correct one. No hassle, problems just quick, easy and very helpful. She was very friendly and welcoming. Huge thank you to Ramona. I will definitely be recommending the reading shop and will be back in the future for further purchases.
