I have worked in various customer facing roles I know exactly how 'good customer service' should be. Nicola, however, had fabulous customer service & a great rapport...the Perfume shop should be proud of this level of colleague commitment

What can I say, very professional, polite, patient and very knowledgeable staff at this store. No pushy sales tactics. I was greeted by Nicola....what a women so professional and amazing at her job. Lovely staff
Having had lukewarm customer service at a perfume counter elsewhere we went to The Perfume Shop at Silverburn. Staff were really friendly and helpful and rather than just buying the aftershave we were after, we also bought a bottle of perfume. We will be back.
