Jill is the best help for finding wedding scents!!
Jill helped us to find our wedding scents in the middle of July and made it such an enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, vast knowledge and genuine joy helped us massively in buying our scents as it is not something we usually do! We left feeling confident and secure in our choices and are still so pleased with them almost a month on from the wedding. Jill was so approachable and friendly and took her time with us to ensure we loved our scents. Thank you so so much Jill for our wonderful experience! X

I was served by a lovely new-start today
I was served by a newstart today, Ellie. She was very helpful, passionate and listened to my brief with patience and interest. I bought Lancome, la vie est belle, vanilla nude and I love it. Wouldn't have considered it without the help of Ellie. Thank you for excellent customer service and lovely staff who all rallied round.

Five Stars – Jill is an absolute gem!
I am a huge fragrance collector and very particular about my scents, but Jill at the Silverburn store makes every single visit a total joy. She is super friendly, so much fun to chat with, and consistently goes out of her way to help me find the perfect new addition to my collection.
Her customer service is second to none to the point where I won't buy my fragrances anywhere else now.
She is the sole reason I keep coming back to this stroe. If you’re heading in, definitely look for Jill! 5⭐️'s

Time and time again I nip into the perfume shop the one in silverburn in Glasgow, all the staff are just brilliant and so patient and no matter the request big or small they have no qualms going out of their way and above and beyond!! Both James and Kiera Leigh I could just give the biggest cuddle to; they speak to and give time to my little girls and just make each experience in store memorable. if I could give ten stars I would
Kind regards Jill O’Donnell 😁
