Highly Recommend
Very easy to use! I backed up over 13,000 photos using ThePhotoStick and I still have plenty of room for more. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a backup solution to keep their files safe.

Not sure why the photo stick omni has…
Not sure why the photo stick omni has to be used. Bought the smallest version and intended to use another usb stick to download photos … however it doesn’t recognise any other usb . Also after plugging the original photo stick omni usb into the pc all I get is a spinning wheel.

Waste of money and time
My phone doesn't even recognise the Photostick let alone transfer any files. Wish I had read the reviews. What a waste of money and time trying to connect it.

Claims it works with everything but only works with newest phones.
Claims it works with Android 8.0 and above, but what Tech Support won't tell you until the 18th response is that it is not backwards compatible and works only with the latest phones. My phone is version 8.0, which the web page and the ads claim is sufficient for the PhotoStick.

Thank you for your recent review. I am sincerely sorry for any confusion, but the phone you have (Older Motorola running an Android 8.0) is the issue. Even though the PhotoStick is technically compatible with Android 8.0, it may not function properly due to various factors, such as hardware limitations, outdated drivers, or specific compatibility issues with that phone model. Unfortunately, the Motorola phones drivers and hardware is the issue at hand. We do offer a 30 day return period starting the date your order is delivered to you. I see you are still within your return period, please contact support and ask for a customer support agent to provide you with the required RMA return form to return your order for a refund. I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience and confusion with your phones OS and our system requirements.

My original Photoshop was defective but…
My original Photoshop was defective but several months had passed since I purchased it. I emailed PhotoStick customer support and they put me in touch with Rachel. After a few emails to Rachel and providing the information requested, a new PhotoStick was shipped to me. Rachel did an excellent job resolving my problem. The new PhotoStick works great and I am able to backup my photos and contacts on my phone and iPad. I highly recommend PhotoStick.

I bought the OMni Stick 128 GB for…
I bought the OMni Stick 128 GB for €117.98 & €9.99 p& p . I was very reluctant to pay that amount for a stick but i went with it weighing up the value if it worked as said it should. €127.99 is a lot of money but i was not prepared for the customs charge being so high. i would have expected around €10 but shocked today to have to pay another €27.99 to have it delivered in Ireland.
Bottom line, not a good deal for us Irish ( or English) either by sounds of the reviews. Maybe should leave to the American market and hopefully someone will do something similar here in Ireland. I feel robbed!

It doesn't work on any recent version of Mac OSX
I bought a Photostick 2.0 directly from the company (I'm in Canada).
I started with my system on OSX Monterey.
The software installed with no problem, it ran and listed photos throughout my system as expected, but it refused to copy them to the stick itself.
I tried it on two friends' Macs, one on Ventura, one on Sonoma, then I upgraded my system to the latest Sequoia.
Exactly the same thing happened in all four cases.
The company sent a replacement: exactly the same behaviour happened.
The Mac version of the Photostick software simply does not work.
And, they have not only refused to refund my money, but have told TrustPilot that I never requested a refund. I have refreshed their memory by sending them a copy of my communications with them, which clearly shows that I twice requested a refund after having spent expert time showing them exactly where the problem was in their product.

I ordered and paid for two photosticks on 15 December 2024. They have still not arrived, 19 Ferbruary 2025. This company appears to be a front for a major scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

I ordered 5 photo stick omni for a…
I ordered 5 photo stick omni for a total of nearly £336. All I have received is 5 flash drives which I could have bought in the uk for a lot, lot less. THE PHOTOSTICK.COM replied, just with a copy of my PayPal receipt & because of the time difference they are only contactable for about 3 hours a day. I guess PayPal will be the next step, but I was trying to hang on for a proper reply from photostick.
