Quick and Easy sale. Very good Website!

The product was oringinal and verified, so the most important thing it’s ok.
Anyway, it took longer than what was reported on their website and especially the communication with them was really poor: since the shoes weren’t coming in, I have emailed them three times in a week and I’ve even texted them on Instagram without receiving any reply; so I’ve sent them another email saying that I would have requested a PayPal refund if their behaviour hadn’t changed and magically in a few hours they replied giving me all the informations I needed. I was really feeling like they were kidding me

Bought a pair of the Acronym prestos on friday, the shoe was sent monday and I received it wednesday. Simply an awesome and fast service, top notch!

Bought some shoes a while ago. Was waiting ages. I emailed them time after time and they gave me updates "we are waiting for the shoes we will update you soon" etc. Eventually I got an email saying "they have been sent, and will be with you soon" Which I was very happy to hear. I then checked the tracking about a week later, to see "the delivery has been completed" ...so I checked with neighbors, and I checked any secure location I could think of..but no shoes?? Couldn't find them anywhere. So I emailed TheRarehouse again..saying "I haven't received them?" Etc. And I have not received a response...if I get a response with a reasonable explanation then my review could change..but so far..no luck.

Very fast & efficient system.. Similar to stockx/goat.
One thing that i wouls like to feedback is the higher price difference compare to stockx/goat..
But still be able to find good deals.
Fast shipping too.. Received mine in 4 days from Germany to Singapore

Je suis très contente du service, après avoir passé ma commande sur le site, j'avoue que j'étais sceptique; car je ne trouvais la marchandise nulle part ailleurs, mais le colis est arrivé quelques jours plus tard avec la marchandise tant attendu ! je regrette juste le manque d'information sur la prise en compte de la cde (mail d'informations) et le suivi de la livraison.
