Purchased 2 Themo Sphere Heaters 800W these are beyond efficiency savers on power bill costs. My January February heating bill was $800 in 2023 this year it is $215.00 .
Heats the entire room comfortably no need for the baseboard heaters or infloor Heat... 5 STARS PRODUCT .

The ThermoSphere Glass Panel Heater has been a game-changer and we are proud to include them as standard in every garden room we construct. ThermoSphere are always on hand to assist if needed and their product offers both comfort and efficiency, which fit harmoniously with our high standards of design and attention to detail.

On 2 occasions I have had amazing customer service. I had two underfloor heating systems in my bathrooms. It was easy to contact the company directly for support and speak inperson to employees that have the knowledge and patience to deal with my query. My first contact to customer service was two years ago when the BT21 underfloor system was installed and I required help setting up the timer. The lady in question at the time help me download the app and talk me through setting the day and times (which wasn’t to difficult). My second was recently, to Jodie in technical support. In one of the bathrooms the heating system was working but the display screen wasn’t. After a chat with the Jodie she confirm the the screen had malfunction and would send out a replacement. To my amazement it arrived the next day with a bar of chocolate 😋. Great company, products and outstanding aftercare. Thank you Jodie the chocolate bar was devoured in seconds😀👍

Have had one of their products for a few years and it has worked effortlessly. Recently contacted their customer services through an error on my part and wow, absolutely wonderful they really went above and beyond to help me out.

Originally purchased some of their oil filled radiators from a supplier. We had some issues setting up the thermostats on all of them as the instructions were not very detailed.

I spoke to Sharnah who was so helpful in helping me set up the stats, she even sent me a detailed video on how to do it.

After getting this sorted, the rads were coming on at random times of the day and none of us could seem to work out how to stop this. Sharnah spent days speaking with the technical team, video called me and we tried everything to sort it.

Sharnah arranged for 4 replacements to be sent out to me which happened before Christmas. She even came in on her day off to make sure the ones they were sending o it were already programmed! Considering this was the week before Xmas we was so grateful that Sharnah managed to pull this off for us so our home would have heat for Christmas.

The product itself, I must say is confusing to set up the thermostat, only due to the instructions, however, the heaters are unreal and I would recommend to anyone.

Despite the confusing instructions, what I will say is that Thermospheres customer service is second to none.

Fanastic customer service! We moved into a new building which has Thermosphere radiators installed and has an issue with one of them. The Thermosphere team (Darby Bell) was easy to contact, and expediently arranged for a resolution. It was good to have people to contact and not go through automated bots and bureaucratic processes to get real help.

Excellent and timely technical advice from this company which went beyond the normal to resolve my problem.

Ellie was very helpful and managed to obtain the part required for my defunct TH132. Delivery was next day and I now have once again a bathroom with a warm floor. Excellent service. Thank you.

From the first point of contact ( enquiry about the length of flex on their heated towel rails) through the technical information & sales which shaped the decision to purchase their HTR as opposed to a myriad of cheaper competitiors was superb, and always quick & curteous. Exemplary customer service from Ellie Lisbon. She was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Two replacement thermostat control panels sent out under warranty the same day, and received within 24 hours-brilliant!!

If you buy a ThermoSphere Dual control and it is commissioned incorrectly, have no fear as Ellie Lisbon is at the end of the phone waiting to help resolve any issues. She is exceptional! She really understands the product. Her professionalism is a credit to the after sales service offered by ThermoSphere.

I just wanted to leave a review for Ellie as she was exceptional on the phone yesterday! She helped me re programme my thermostat and made is so easy. Ellie really knows the product and the app inside out she has even booked in a call back for October to set my winter schedule. I’m amazed with the professionalism from this company.

I have had installed in my house 3 underfloor heating mats in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I have called ( too many times!! ) to ask for help on programming the thermostat. I have dealt mainly with Ellie . I never write reviews but I am so impressed with her she desrves one! She is super helpful, friendly and has the HUGEST amount of patience which is very rare when dealing with customer services sometimes!! She deals with things very calmly and has a good sense of humour to boot !. I am super impressed with this company , their products are great and the after care 100 %. Thanks Thermoshere

At the beginning of 2022 we moved into a newly refurbished house fitted with thermoSphere underfloor heating and Thermostats. We have been really pleased with the air thermoSphere products but in the week before Christmas one of the LED displays in a Thermostat developed a fault. thermoSphere customer services were extremely helpful and the next day a replacement thermostat arrived on my doorstep. I have nothing but praise for the efficiency and helpfulness of this company and their customer services department.

Our builder recommended Thermosphere UFH products for our new kitchen extension build. We bought it from a local tile shop and were very impressed with the performance and product. Not only does the floor heat up really well, but also heats the room. And the thermostats look great.

Our company installed hundreds of electrical underfloor heatings including the Dual Touch Coontroller and heated towel rails by Thermosphere on a high end residental project in central London. The whole supply chain worked very well. Thermosphere support over the construction period was excellent. We had absolutely no claims and can recommend Thermosphere.
