A very excellent experience, as a customer, I found that the staff went above and beyond to help me with my request.

Ordered many times from this business no issues or hassle. Most recently had a package go missing as it was left on the doorstep but after getting in touch with them they sent out a replacement order.

I unfortunately recieved a broken bottle however with the amazing customer service at Sardar co, I was able to receive a swift response and they kindly provided a new bottle. The products are amazing and has helped my beard stay in shape throughout the day and also prevents irritation.

Lovely product, smells amazing!

I have been buying turbans and other essentials from The Sardar Company for over a year. The quality of their products is superb and deliveries are always on time. Whenever I have a question, Tina K. promptly replies to my emails.

And, congratulations to The Sardar Company on their 6 year anniversary.

Emailed the team after a long delay of no product delivery. No reply. Email again as I still haven't received the products. Was told they'd check, update and get back to me. Still 48 hours later, no reply.
I highly recommended this company's products as a birthday gift, and ordered well in advance. Left me without a birthday gift to give, still. Still no correspondence back from Sardar Co as to what is going on. I have requested a full refund. Still no answer?
A very sad shame, as I've used these products before and they are excellent, and so was the service, but there's clearly been a culture change somewhere. A few others I know haven't had their products delivered either, but they choose to and can afford not to fuss. Wish I was that lucky!

Have not received my parcel that evri left on doorstep of a closed businness address, and then faked a signature, apparantly still under investigation, not a happy customer
