Please do not make the same mistake we all did! I looked at reviews and thought i'd give it a try.. DO NOT! they will take your money and literally ignore you. They are playing the game of only refunding banks when people take it further so please please take it further. How they are still getting away with it is beyond me. Laughable how the only review they respond to is the positive ones... Atleast get in touch with the people that are saying you've taken their money and they have no goods to show for it!! Its FRAUD! How are you still functioning as a business with this many bad reviews!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting since the 14th July for my order to be sent. I have asked for a refund on my last email to them but had no response back from them. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. :(

If there was zero stars I would give it! They take your money and do not deliver. Customer services is non existent. I have now had a refund via my bank.
I would not recommend at all, use an alternative and check out the reviews first, I would have saved myself a lot of hassle if Iâd done that.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered previously with no issues. Ordered again at end of June. Emails sent, messaged on social media and through the patient portal with no replies. Asked for refund several times, no response. Finally reported the payment through my bank and got a full refund. Avoid this company!!
The Slimming Clinic dissolved - April 25
The Slimming Clinic has been dissolved since April 2025, however has continued to trade since, taking peoples money and looking at the reviews have only supplied goods to a handful of customers, which is unscrupulous and unlawful. Genuine customers have turned to this company to lose weight as a last resort; The Slimming Clinic you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Check Companies House for information relating to this and please avoid at all costs.
Delayed delivery & no customer service
Took a week to be delivered even though it says next day. I asked for a refund twice and was ignored, just received msgâs saying we will chase delivery. Then when I asked for info to make a complaint I have been ignored again with absolutely no response at all. Will never use this company again the customer service is non existent.

Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid! They take your money then ignore you. Block you off social media sites so you can't warn other people.
You might get the odd email saying stock issues or so busy delays. All rubbish. Use someone else if you don't want to lose your money

Same story as many othersâŠpaid but never received! Could not get in contact with them so went straight to Barclays! They refunded me instantly and I have just received a letter from them saying TSC have refunded them. Please get in touch with your bank if you have not received your medication and they should refund you and make TSC refund them. Donât let them keep your money!

Where do I start. Waited over 6 weeks for ordered mounjaro pen. Sent multiple emails and texts but they just ignored me. Finally they sent an email saying they had refunded me but actually didnât.

I stated in my previous review that I thought it was illegal to ask for £25 in order to receive a refund when goods have not been delivered.
My bank has issued me with a full refund following the grievance I raised due to being ignored, misinformed, no medication sent, refund refused etc.
I got my full refund without agreeing to pay the £25.
If you have paid for undelivered goods with a debit or credit card you can contact your bank or card provider to gain a refund.
The Slimming Clinic will not want you to know this. Companies with multiple charge concerns against them suffer negative consequences.
I will never use this company again.

Very much the same as other reviews. Have been a patient with the slimming clinic for years even when they used to be in person. Never had any complaints and I actually referred a number of people to them as I believed them to be trustworthy. Until recently there were no issues. It has been 29 days since I ordered my medication and as others have outlined there is no way of contacting them via phone anymore, none of my messages or emails have been acknowledged. Iâve repeatedly requested a refund and this has been ignored. Raised it as a formal complaint as per their complaints policy and it has not been acknowledged. They still send me promo emails and texts daily but have no intention of fulfilling the orders they already have.
I posted on their Facebook page to make other new customers aware and they have blocked me from their page. Have raised a dispute through my bank for the £154 but no idea if Iâll actually get my money back.
My mother has also had similar issues - they made her sign up to a 3 monthly subscription for medication and after the first month they told her that her BMI was now too low to continue medication but did not refund her money and have ignored all contact.
Absolutely Terrible Service
I have been a patient at The Slimming Clinic for a number of years and used to think that the service was great. Recently I was unable to order my prescription due to stock issues which i understood. I ordered my medication as soon as it was available again and it has now been 2 months since I placed the order and there is still no sign of the medication.
It is now no longer safe for me to continue on my previous dose as it has been over 2 months since I last took it. Therefor I have tried to contact them by phone, via my patient portal, via email AND on social media to cancel my order and get a refund however I am not getting a response on any channel meaning I am £200 out of pocket.
This is absolutely terrible service
