Another update - no refund received and impossible to speak to anyone.

Even though they said they have been in contact - they havenât. No one has informed me that my parcel was lost in transit and that they were going to refund me. I wish online sales companies would simply pick up a phone to make contact with clients. It would make such a difference to their customer service.
UPDATE - still no response. Checked my spam folder. What email address do you have ?
Will someone please respond to my emails regarding delivery. Been waiting 3 days for a reply to my message - no items delivered and no response to find out where they are.

Would give Sports Edit and their lovely representative Sofia 5 stars, but unfortunately my order didn't arrive though this was Evri's fault rather than The Sports Edit.

I thought the delivery time was excellent as it arrived at the agreed upon time. However, when I opened my package I had found it was in the wrong colour. I checked my order to see if id placed it on accident but it also remained the same as what i first thought. I wasnât massively disappointed as I did also enjoy this colour of the dress. Although for the price I paid and the fact that my welcome discount code did not work on my first order, meant the bad out weighed the good. It may have just been my experience, so Iâm sorry if the review is slightly harsh, but itâs only so you guys can improve further.
