I had a great experience being welcomed by Leah. She explained everything thoroughly and gave a very nice walkthrough of the apartment.

Okay and comfortable safe and secure

We had a terrible experience with My Square and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

We originally booked a property online, but just three days before our move-in date, we were told the flat was no longer available. Instead, they offered us an alternative at extremely short notice. With flights already booked, we had no real option but to accept, despite the replacement property being significantly smaller and not what we had agreed to.

Unfortunately, things only got worse after moving in. The mattress was in very poor condition, with springs digging into my dad’s back, especially concerning as he had recently undergone surgery. We raised this issue multiple times, but it took three weeks for it to be resolved. In the meantime, we had to purchase a new mattress ourselves just to make the situation livable.

We were later offered compensation in the form of a free transfer when we leave, which was communicated to us by Moshin during a phone call. However, this was never confirmed in writing. When I followed up, he denied any knowledge of the offer, which was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend My Square based on the lack of reliability, poor communication, and poor customer care we encountered.

Our stay went very well!

The Square team was very responsive. Even though they had to change our apartment at the last minute and the new apartment was much smaller than the one we booked, the communication was excellent!

A special thank you to Mohsin Khan for his availability throughout our stay! The apartment is right in the city center, Camden Town, close to restaurants and activity centers. The building is secure.

Apartment is Lovely! My experience so far has been comfortable and in a great location- Stratford.
Mahbuba has been very kind, patient and helpful. I had some difficulty with WiFi nd although it hasn't been solved, she has been very reassuring and supportive. I do not speak much English, but she took her time to help me and communicated with me through Hindi which made things much easier for me.
She has been very supportive and professional, and I've really appreciated her help so far.

Michael provided an excellent check-in experience. He was very kind and patient, even waiting for us when we arrived later than expected. He took the time to clearly explain everything about the apartment, which made us feel comfortable right away.

I had a really smooth and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained, which made settling in so easy.

Our family stayed in the Square service Apartment for 4 months. Our stay was comfortable, tidy and fit our needs well.
Great location - next to a beach and tram station.
Weekly cleaning company was efficient. On two occasions the bed linen was not very fresh. On being told - it was replaced quickly and timely.
Prayas - was quick to respond and take care of all our needs during our stay.
Would recommend their services to anyone looking for services apartments.

I stayed in this serviced apartment for the whole of February 2026 and had a really positive experience. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it a great base for my first month in London. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and local amenities.

Sarita handled my check-in in person and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to walk me through the apartment, explain how everything worked, and answer my initial questions, which was especially helpful as I was just settling into a new city.

Sandy, the apartment manager, provided excellent ongoing support throughout my stay. She was always responsive over WhatsApp and offered very useful recommendations about the local area, from everyday essentials to places to explore. Her help made a real difference in making me feel settled and supported during that first month.
