My Airbnb condo was destroyed by a construction crew that made a reservation through Alto Vito. They smoked at the property despite the no-smoking policy. The condo was left in a state of disarray, with trash everywhere, including stained walls, black fingerprints, and scratches that required repainting. There were also gravel stones, sand, and dust all over the condo, which was a violation of the no-shoe policy. To make matters worse, they intentionally scratched the dining table with a metal object and didn’t follow any checkout instructions.

I had a horrible experience and had to deal with all these issues while visiting family for holidays overseas. They claimed to take care of the damages and asked for invoices, but I sent them the invoices, and they never got back to me. This was the most problematic experience I’ve had so far, and I strongly advise you to not let this company to book your place.

His extremely speedy response sometimes even on weekends goes to show how above and beyond he went to ensure my transition went smoothly - which is so critical for folks like me who are transitioning into new countries/spaces and it helps having unfailingly helpful folks like Akshay who make it as seamless as possible
