We received check-in information approximately 5 days before our arrival day. I loved this, because I was able to see what was in the area beforehand. We arrived on a Sunday, about an hr before check-in and we were able to check-in. Upon entry the property was clean and spacious. This pet friendly property slept up to 16 people. There were enough dishes and utensils to accommodate 16 people. In my opinion, there was not enough pots and pans to cook for a group this large and we didn't have 16 people. Also this property has 2 refrigerators. The sofas could use an upgrade, you could feel the springs sticking up in them, and a chair that was sitting in corner by the stairs was broken. I did have to go out to buy ant spray Sunday night because we were having an issue with ants, even upstairs, as well as issues with the internet. Guest services was great and response time was quick, when I would message them. All of our issues were resolved by Wednesday morning. The lanai was nice, we got to see Cranes almost every morning. There is a gas grill that we did not have to pay hundreds of dollars extra to use. We were really excited about that! We only had to exchange the propane tank when empty. There is wicker furniture on one side that is nice. There were no cushions though, that made sitting uncomfortable after a few minutes. It would've been a hugh plus if the garage was a game room, since you couldn't park in it. There were pack & plays and strollers available for use, if you have children. Overall, I would definitely book with Top Villas in the future.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing.
While we noticed several concerns upon arrival, the most significant issue was the air conditioning. The house remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, especially in the bedrooms, despite following the thermostat instructions and reporting the problem. The temperature never reached a comfortable level, particularly at night.
As a result, we were unable to get proper rest. After several nights of poor sleep due to the heat, our stay became increasingly difficult and negatively affected our overall experience.
We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The home did not appear to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. In addition, there were visible signs of wear and maintenance issues throughout the house, which made the property feel neglected and inconsistent with the expectations created by the listing.
The surrounding community was pleasant, quiet, and well maintained, which was the one positive aspect of our stay.
However, the inadequate cleanliness and, most importantly, the unresolved air conditioning issue significantly impacted our experience. Because we were unable to rest comfortably, we would not choose to stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to other guests.

We would also like to clarify that our records show that the property was occupied for the full duration of the stay and that your check out occurred on your scheduled departure day. Nevertheless, we do sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused by these matters.
Regarding the concerns raised about the cleanliness and condition of the home, we take such matters seriously. However, we have no record of any written reports regarding cleanliness, maintenance, furnishings, or the overall condition of the property during your stay. As a result, we were not given the opportunity to inspect, validate or address these concerns while you were in residence. Had these issues been reported to us during your stay, we would have worked with our local team to investigate and take corrective action where needed.
We were pleased to hear however that you enjoyed the Solterra Resort community and found it clean, quiet, safe, and conveniently located.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the home was uncomfortably warm, particularly in the bedrooms. We reported the air conditioning issue immediately, but despite multiple communications, it was never resolved. Even while following the property's instructions and thermostat settings, the temperature remained excessively high, especially at night.
The lack of effective air conditioning made it impossible for our family to rest or sleep comfortably. After several sleepless nights and no meaningful solution, we were forced to leave the property during the early hours of Sunday, before the end of our reservation.
The condition of the home was also far below what was represented in the listing. Throughout the property we found dirty and worn furniture, visible stains, scuff marks on walls, damaged corners and trim, and other signs of deferred maintenance. The overall appearance and upkeep did not match the standard advertised.
The attached photos accurately reflect the property's condition during our stay and document many of the issues described above.
The only positive aspect of this rental was the community itself, which was clean, quiet, safe, and conveniently located.
Due to the unresolved air conditioning problem and the poor overall condition of the property, we cannot recommend this rental and would not stay here again.

To clarify, your original booking earlier this year was impacted by the property becoming unavailable and at that time we offered assistance with alternatives or a refund, and you requested a refund.
More recently, you made a new booking online through our live calendar system. Very occasionally, a home can be double-booked due to timing overlaps, and in this case we apologised immediately and offered an alternative option.

I really enjoyed booking through Top Villas they made it easy for me and my family to find a house. They were very helpful and broke down the layout of the houses. Not all of the homes show the correct amount of beds, but talking things through with the Top Villa agents they made it easier for me.

My family and extended family came here…
My family and extended family came here for our very first family vacation and it was amazing! Just what we needed and wanted. We loved that there was a pool and a game room for all our kids to keep busy. As well as another option to go to the resorts waterpark, was another plus and was also very clean and felt so good! The house was very nice and they really care and keep the place maintained to ensure your visit is everything you needed. We would highly recommend going here and would love to go back in the future. Also, very kind staff, specifically Naomi Osbourne, (Guest experience supervisor) for being very kind and very responsive if we needed anything!

My family and I had a wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the towels were fresh, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable, welcomed, and right at home.
We also had an amazing time at Disney World, and the convenient location made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus on creating special family memories.
