Excellent Booking Agent!
Kedesh Frederick was my booking agent. He made my booking experience exceptional. He was professional, responsive and helped us with an accommodation related to our booking. This is our first experience booking with top villas and so far o am very impressed. I appreciate Kedesh and his customer focused service!

This place is horrible
This place is horrible. I rented here based off of pics on their website. When we got to the home, we quickly noticed that the pics were old. There was mold growing in the doorways, the furniture was dirty, and the carpet smelled mildewy. Rather than refund us for the stay and let us go somewhere else, they wanted to send someone in to clean. Shampooing carpet and upholstery is very inappropriate while a guest is visiting. After complaining, they offered me a refund for 1 night if I agreed to not post about the experience. I will never book here again or recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional.

We note your comments regarding the condition of the furnishings, carpets and your concerns about the property. Had we been given the opportunity while you remained in residence, our team would have attended the home to address your concerns.
Unfortunately, you elected to vacate the property without allowing reasonable access or time for us to investigate and resolve the issues raised. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a partial refund at the time.
Nevertheless, I offer my sincere apologies for any disappointment caused by this matter.

Florida fun with the grandkids
There were multiple units available for us to find something that fit our needs at reasonable prices. Pictures were beautiful of condo we’re renting let’s hope it’s as good as it looks. Great location and booking was very easy.
