I contacted Steve Measures to look at Property Insurance.
He took a few details and said he would get back to us, which he did within the hour with two options from one insurer.
We took up one of the options and after a few more questions Steve again said he would get back to us, which he did, this time with the insurance proposal which we accepted.
Steve set up the bank details and basically our insurance was set.
This was the easiest insurance application I have ever done with absolutely no queries, I would definitely recommend Mutatio.

Laura was so helpful in working through our needs and circumstances, especially as I am self employed which takes a bit more time and information to build before getting a mortgage offer. Laura was also patient whilst we collated info our end and was always quick to get back to us with info and explanations.

Whilst sitting having a coffee with Steve he mentioned about houses in Trust and the need now to ask your insurance company if they will insure you. This was something I was not aware of. Having checked with my house insurer the put me on 7 days notice of cancellation stating they don’t insure houses that are in Trust. Steve sorted me new house insurance straight away with no pressure to purchase. So pleased he mentioned it to me. Thanks Steve.

Laura Reay really is amazing! I've heard horror stories when trying to get mortgage when self employed, but she made it all possible, communication was 10/10. I was informed of any updates daily and she was available all hours. Nothing was too much to ask for and she explained in detail the reasons behind everything, I became quite educated by the end of it all, haa! everything ran smoothly and wasn't stressful at all, she really does know her stuff and actually cared as much as we did to get the house we wanted. Laura makes it a pleasure moving house and is so so nice. I will always recommend and use Laura going forward for anything else house related if needed. She also helped me find the best people for other things such as house insurance and any other advice with being new to it all. I didn't have to spend hours researching myself or asking people, she had the answers to everything. Highly recommend, Thank you Laura!
