Laura was really patient and informative and what turned out to be a protracted and complicated process, her advice really helped us get our house purchase over the line and refinance just prior to moving house that gave us the flexibility to find our perfect home.

As a solo first time buyer the mortgage journey was always going to be a difficult one. However, Steve and Laura were incredible in finding the most suitable mortgage for me by introducing me to lesser known types of mortgages that can really help someone in my position trying to get on the property ladder. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their mortgage, especially if you are a first time buyer, as they made the house buying process significantly less stressful!

Our property was in a Trust which meant a lot of Insurers didn't cover Buildings and Contents Insurance as standard. We were recommended to Steve who managed to sort out a policy for us very promptly. He was professional and very helpful, it took all the stress out of an unexpected situation, would totally recommend.
