The true measure of any insurance company is their behaviour when a claim presents itself. My wife was devastated by the loss of her ring, but the efficiency and compassion shown by the team really helped take the stress out of a very tense situation. Special mention to Charlotte and Jade for their clarity of instruction and rapid response to all queries. Massive thanks

Amazing service!!!
Unfortunately I lost my engagement ring and had to submit a claim for a replacement. After receiving my original evaluation and proof of purchase, TH MARCH approved my claim within a couple of days. I have recently received my replacement ring. I am so glad I decided to insure my ring with this company as the process was very straight forward and they communicated with the jeweller (purely diamonds) promptly. I received my replacement ring within 5 weeks of the jeweller receiving my approved claim from TH MARCH. I will definately continue to renew my insurance with this company. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you to Oliver, Jade and Charlotte who all helped deal with my claim and were very professional throughout the process, dealing with my claim promptly. Although losing my ring was upsetting, I am glad I received my replacement without having to go through a stressful claims process. Much appreciated!

I am really disappointed with TH March. I have been insured for 3 years and each year I have had a call from the sales team to remind me my policy is up for renewal. This year my policy renewal came up, but TH March decided to use paper mail in the height of covid to send renewal reminders (that were never received). No email, no call to say your policy is expiring. So now I have come around to make a claim and they said I am uninsured as I let the policy expire. Plenty of other insurers that want business so go to them instead.

Appalling service - tried to get insurance on a new diamond ring, happy to pay the premium but UNLESS you have lived the life of a saint they will REFUSE cover and will make it extremely difficult for you and if your circumstances ever change, they would cancel cover so BEWARE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING QUOTES HERE!

p.s. their response is a joke. You'll be better using a well-known broker. "I'm sorry blah blah, couldn't help blah blah" Lovely copy-paste response from a company who only wants to deal with high net worth individuals, anyone else living in the real world, if your circumstances change BEWARE!

Seriously, I can't praise T H March enough for the way in which my recent claim was handled. The Staff are polite, professional and genuinely sympathetic. What was a stressful time was made bearable. I would recommend them to anyone considering taking out insurance, they will find you the best deal for whatever you need insuring

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d had my engagement ring insured for nearly 8 years with no issues and then moved house and welcomed my second child 9-days later. We had boxes everywhere, I was sleep deprived and unfortunately lost my engagement ring and eternity ring. I was devastated. I also hadn’t updated my house address on the policy and thought we would not be covered.

I rang TH March and was calmly reassured, given some advice I.e continue to look, give it a little more time, consider reporting them as lost in case they were found outside the home etc. Unfortunately despite ransacking the house and waiting some time, they did not reappear.

We started the claim process, the paperwork came through quickly and was straightforward, we posted certs etc. and I was able to use the same jeweller who made the original items. This was incredibly important given my husband had designed the engagement ring himself.

The engagement ring was covered in full, there was an excess on the eternity ring but that was our fault for not specifically adding it to the policy and the amount for our unspecified jewellery didn’t fully cover it.

There was a delay because when we went to collect the rings the jeweller had made a slight error with the engagement ring so it wasn’t like for like. Again, I called TH March concerned about timeframes and was reassured it wasn’t a problem.

I have just amended and renewed my policy, it’s difficult to make a like for like comparison as the values have changed slightly but we certainly haven’t been stung for having made a claim.

I would not hesitate to recommend TH March and can’t thank them enough for making such a stressful and emotional time so much easier. Thank you! A loyal customer.

TH March are a very professional organisation, my claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had damaged the emerald in my ring and it wasn't an easy solution but they worked with my jeweller to come to a very good outcome. highly recommended.

My claim was dealt with promptly and with understanding. The process was very straightforward and I was able to replace my lost item with no difficulty.

Very easy to set up and straightforward to submit the documentation pieces like photos and receipt. I did have to email the docs in as the upload on the portal didn’t function but I got an email confirmation back and cover in place.

Relative easy claim process, and claim paid in full

They worked directly with my jeweller to get the claim paid - I just took the damaged item to my favourite local, got a quote to send to TH March, and the two companies handled it between them from there on. Very easy!

Lost wedding ring, fast response from THMarch throughout and clear instruction what was needed from me. Ring replacement was £1079 and cover up to £1000, didn’t have to cover the extra £79 which was an added bonus, great service all round
