Fantastic service from start to finish from Richard. We didn’t feel stressed at all through the process as Richard was always on hand to give advice and support on both mortgage and insurance matters. I have already recommended Richard to my family and friends and will be using them again in the future.

I just had to provide the relevant documents and he dealt with everything else from there and made sure we got the best deal on the market and actually saved us a significant amount per month on our new morgage deal. Richard (the broker) was outstanding throughout. As a first time buyer, i was new to the whole process, and Richard was more than happy to discuss any aspect of my move with me, not just the bits that involved three rivers. My mortgage was organised quickly and efficiently and i'm very confident that i got a good rate. i was offered a solicitor and life insurance through three rivers. both were good quotes and though i managed to find a slightly cheaper solicitor, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the firm suggested. At the end of the whole process, Richard then asked me for payment. Richard mentioned the payment once during our first phone call, and didn't mention this again until today. It certainly helps a first time buyer when you aren't being badgered for payment with everything else that's going on. I always felt that Richard knew exactly what he was talking about, and he never spoke to me in a way which made me feel silly or stupid, no matter the simplicity of the question asked. As someone who works in customer service, i know good CS when i see (hear) it.

As long as you (the consumer) gets Three rivers everything they need quickly, you should have no problems working with them.

All this was also during a global pandemic. My one complaint would be that i didn't get to meet Richard face to face to thank him properly, but there isn't alot either of us can do about that.
