Ticketmaster New Zealand レビュー 

Alex Warren cancelled due to sickness, we saw the notification on social media an hour before Ticketmaster txted and emailed, the delay meant when it finally came through it was after 5pm… poor form.

Now to get this email saying hope you enjoyed the concert, how did we do? is extremely bad taste, update your records and don’t send to people when the concert was cancelled!

I was impressed that they didn't let latecomers come in at any time - that has really annoyed me in the past :) Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite too

My partner and I were hoping to see more of Dita and not so much of Laurence the MC. It was a good show but just not enough of seeing Dita perform.
Also, being a musician I thought the venues bass levels were way too high. It was more of a thunderous noise than actual bass, it needs to be tuned better to go along with the other frequencies.

Great show, easy to buy tickets and enter the venue. Great sound in the venue, band played for over 2 hours straight, wonderful musicians.

The show was absolutely amazing and VIP customer staff were friendly and helpful

Great night out with some added excitement of the fire brigade coming out, but all things serious. Found it hard to figure out where to rooms are for what stage. If holding a similar event maybe a map of where the rooms are in the town hall

The Concert was AMAZING, excellent band, we danced and sang so much, i loved it!! Unfortunatley the Kiri-te-kanawa theatre VENUE had some shortcomings, bad smells at the entrance from The Terrace eatery, and again at the Door B, and the 2-bathrooms i went to. So unpleasant, they need better fans or hygiene measures.

Would love to Go to Police & ELO concerts next year

Radiance was a superb performance by NZSO with Conductor Pietari Inkinen's brilliant selection of highlights from two of Wagner's best operas. Simon O'Neill, a rare Kiwi talent in this field, delivered his parts with gusto! Highly engaging!

I had the absolute best time ever, the experience of lining up, buy merch taking a close friend of mine to their first concert. Seeing Alyssa grace was amazing.Alex was such a performer, super funny amazing vocals. Involved the crowd heaps. Amazing concert 10/10

Tickets were not posted at all, spent 2 days trying to get emailed tickets, tickets wouldn't work at scanner so had to get tickets reprinted at the box office at the last minute. Paid for ticket protection that we didn't end up needing as they weren't sent anyway. Concert was good, drunk lady spilt water all over my jacket on the floor and didn't tell me either.

Very difficult to book tickets online via Ticketmaster. Tricky to figure out where exactly the seat is. My most recent seat was in a completely different spot to where I thought it was as 8ndicated on the online diagram. There is also no option to change the seat automatically allocated.

As a PDC subscriber, I was given early access to purchase tickets for the New Zealand Darts Masters through Ticketmaster, several hours before tickets went on general sale. After multiple attempts and some disappointment when other buyers were quicker in securing the best tables close to the stage, I eventually managed to purchase what I believed were excellent seats near the front.

To my surprise, about a week later, I received an email informing me that my tickets had been relocated several tables further away from the stage because the seats I had purchased were supposedly designated for disabled patrons. I disputed this decision, but my concerns were dismissed, and Ticketmaster showed little interest in resolving the issue.

The biggest disappointment came on the day of the event. After waiting for months, I attended and discovered that the tables I had originally purchased were occupied by a group of seemingly able-bodied individuals. They were part of a larger group spread across multiple tables, all wearing matching shirts, suggesting they were attending together.

This left me questioning Ticketmaster's explanation for relocating my seats. From my perspective, it appeared that the disability allocation justification may have been used selectively, while the seats were ultimately assigned to other attendees who did not appear to require accessible seating. Whether these were associates of organisers, sponsors, or simply customers who had paid additional fees, I cannot say. However, the situation felt unfair and left me feeling that I had been deprived of the premium seats I had legitimately purchased through the pre-sale process.

Overall, the lack of transparency, the poor handling of my complaint, and the inconsistency between the explanation provided and what I observed at the event significantly damaged my confidence in Ticketmaster's customer service and ticket allocation process.

It was a fabulous night! Really enjoyed the energy, and Astrid was absolutely great as the choir master. The end result made me feel proud of us all!!
