Ticketmaster New Zealand レビュー 

As a PDC subscriber, I was given early access to purchase tickets for the New Zealand Darts Masters through Ticketmaster, several hours before tickets went on general sale. After multiple attempts and some disappointment when other buyers were quicker in securing the best tables close to the stage, I eventually managed to purchase what I believed were excellent seats near the front.

To my surprise, about a week later, I received an email informing me that my tickets had been relocated several tables further away from the stage because the seats I had purchased were supposedly designated for disabled patrons. I disputed this decision, but my concerns were dismissed, and Ticketmaster showed little interest in resolving the issue.

The biggest disappointment came on the day of the event. After waiting for months, I attended and discovered that the tables I had originally purchased were occupied by a group of seemingly able-bodied individuals. They were part of a larger group spread across multiple tables, all wearing matching shirts, suggesting they were attending together.

This left me questioning Ticketmaster's explanation for relocating my seats. From my perspective, it appeared that the disability allocation justification may have been used selectively, while the seats were ultimately assigned to other attendees who did not appear to require accessible seating. Whether these were associates of organisers, sponsors, or simply customers who had paid additional fees, I cannot say. However, the situation felt unfair and left me feeling that I had been deprived of the premium seats I had legitimately purchased through the pre-sale process.

Overall, the lack of transparency, the poor handling of my complaint, and the inconsistency between the explanation provided and what I observed at the event significantly damaged my confidence in Ticketmaster's customer service and ticket allocation process.

It was a fabulous night! Really enjoyed the energy, and Astrid was absolutely great as the choir master. The end result made me feel proud of us all!!

What an incredible experience! I honestly can’t remember the last time I laughed that much. Our host was absolutely fantastic – a true entertainer whose energy and enthusiasm had us all completely captivated.

It was such a fun and memorable evening, and I would absolutely attend another one of these events again!

The ticket retrieval on the app works so it makes door entry pretty good.

The instructions on where to stand was not clear at the entrance: no one to guide !
Very hard to move to the area where you were supposed to be once you got inside the venue.
The show itself was outstanding !!!

We had a great time at the rugby on Saturday afternoon. Getting the tickets was easy and using your phone as the ticket made getting into the stadium really easy

We are in our mid 70's. It is stressful to have to book, downloading a new app for us, having to give all the detail required by Ticketmaster, feeling like we were revealing far more about ourselves than buying a ticket for an event should require. Being quite slow to enter, we got to the final payment entry and time was up. Stressful! Also we are upset that we were not able to enter the venue with a printed ticket - only mobile phone! It feels like discrimination for those not confident in your method.
However,Staff at the venue were very helpful and plentiful when we arrived early, and reassured us about where to find our seats.

Entry to the stadium was slow with long lines. On the bright side the music and announcer were at an appropriate volume which was a pleasant improvement on our last attendance at one NZ stadium (opening weekend)when it was just too loud. Well done on this.

The ticket buying process was easy & really appreciated the updates, right up until showtime.

Couldn’t access my tickets thru my app account so went onto the internet which then I could but then couldn’t transfer them as I had multiple tickets for the game… This happened all week & then Ticketmaster sent me my tickets in pdf form to print out

Booking our tickets through Ticketmaster was so easy to do online. I appreciate the fact that you can see the seating plan before you choose where to sit. I received a confirmation email straight away and my tickets were ready to add to my wallet very quickly. Easy, efficient and quick 👍

It is very frustrating not to be able to select and book one seat. It is annoying to have to leave spaces. Not just for NZSO, including opera and ballet

Easy online purchase process. Accessibility to digital tickets a bonus. Great location with awesome staff across the board.

The system requiring tickets to be only on mobiles is very restrictive and limiting. Let people show paper tickets or print-at-home tickets. For many people this is much easier and more convenient. I for one am seriously considering not attending concerts again because of this harsh rule you have imposed.

I went to Alan Davies and Atomic both times spent ages trying to access tickets on app SO frustrating rang your help line afterwards to be told you’ve updated your app and now my iPhone 8 is unable to use it. It would have been helpful to have been advised

My overall experience was positive. However, the app had a glitch, not just at the venue but also at home. Initially, I thought it was due to an unstable network outside, but I encountered the same issue at home as well. Fortunately, when we arrived at the venue and were about to print the manual ticket, the app suddenly displayed the ticket. Additionally, I noticed that if two people are booking from the same app, their names appear under the same person, which is puzzling. Staff at the venue were very helpful.

I really love and had a great night in Max Amini show!! I can’t believe i was laughing that hard.. Cheers!
