I had a fantastic experience ordering from Tile Kingdom. The website was really easy to use, with a great selection and clear information that made choosing the right tiles simple. Great Friendly Service
Great service, we arranged for them to be delivered on Friday although the delivery firm sent a message to say they will be delivered on Thursday, but with one quick phone call delivery was back on for Friday.
Tracking was great and delivered ontime.

Fantastic team! We bought Tile Kingdom’s tiles for throughout our house; bathroom wall, bathroom floor, kitchen walls, kitchen and dining room floor! Amazing service throughout and the final product is amazing! 10/10 on everything!

Tiles and sales service fabulous, but delivery was dire...
The service from Kingdom Tiles was amazing.
However, the delivery let the experience of buying from them down.
I ordered 2 packs of very large tiles and the delivery driver literally stood at the kerbside and told me it is a kerbside delivery and he can't help me take them to my house. I am a 62 year old woman, and as much as I consider myself fit, the strain of lifting the two packs had an impact on me physically. And the fact that a big bloke watched me struggle - kerbside delivery.
That was my experience which I will not be repeating.

Please email our office directly with images of the damages, and we will arrange replacements on a next day service in line with our terms and conditions.
Tiles can occasionally be damaged in transit by the courier, but where this happens, we always arrange replacements as quickly as possible.

Misrepresentation & Illegal Fees
Do not trust this company. I ordered tiles advertised as black, but what arrived was clearly grey. When I raised this, instead of resolving the issue, Tile Kingdom tried to impose a 25% “restocking fee”. Trading Standards have confirmed to me that this charge is not legal where goods are mis-sold or misrepresented.
Their customer service has been dismissive and obstructive throughout, refusing to take responsibility for misleading advertising. Rather than acting fairly, they rely on unlawful policies and hope customers will give up.
If you value honesty, fair treatment, and your consumer rights, avoid Tile Kingdom. There are many reputable suppliers out there – this is not one of them.
EDIT: Response from Tile Kingdom is very misleading and tiles were returned at my own expense using Tile Kingdoms courier. However this was delayed and after chasing multiple times. Also refund took forever going well beyond timescales outlined by Trading Standards. Think twice before using this company.

For clarity: the tiles were correctly supplied, and a full refund remains available under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once they are returned.
We are sorry to read your review, Mr Collins, but we do feel it is important to clarify the facts for others reading.
The tiles supplied were the correct Nero shade ordered. In the tile industry, “Nero” refers to a dark anthracite/black tone rather than a solid jet black, and this was reflected in both the close-up and room-set images on our website. The “Colour Group: Blacks” is a broad category that includes a range of dark tones, not exclusively pure black.
As with all tiles, shade can vary depending on lighting, surroundings, and batch. For this reason, we make clear on every product page that samples are available and strongly recommend ordering one before committing to a full order. No sample was ordered in this case.
Trading Standards have confirmed that the correct route here is under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR), not “misdescribed goods.” Under CCR, you are entitled to a full refund of the tiles and the original delivery charge once the goods are returned, but the cost of returning them is your responsibility. We remain ready to process your full refund as soon as the tiles are received back.
We regret that you have chosen not to arrange the return and instead posted this review. As ever, we remain committed to high standards of customer service and satisfaction, and our offer to refund in full upon return still stands.

Tile Kingdom is a family bussiness way down south which is a real long way from me in Scotland,i only wanted 1 super big porcelain slab and i spoke to Jane and she was superb👌she sorted out the perfect slab for me and it arrived after only 2 days without a mark on it.Super friendly n efficient n cannot rate the whole experience enough,thanks so much for all your help Jane🤗take care,all the best from Trev x x ✌
