Timeless Chesterfields レビュー

I waited 40 years to get this type of couch. I had many resistance. It took me some years to fine a great company to produce the for me.

I ordered 2 leather Chesterfield 4 seat sofas to be shipped to the US. I received them a few days before Christmas after paying for the white glove delivery service. I made certain my daughter was at my home for the delivery so I had a second set of eyes look over the sofas to be certain there was no damage. I must say we were both extremely impressed with the sofas. They are stunning and the workmanship is impeccable. I am beyond ecstatic as this experience has been totally above the expectations I had. My daughters will be placing orders for their own Chesterfields very soon.
Thank you very much Pauline Rushton for all the attention to detail you paid in ensuring all went well!!

I ordered a 2 seat Chesterfield sofa. I got great communication along the way that kept me informed. We are in the US and the England made sofa was exceptional and better than anything we had seen in the US. Great product. Excellent quality. Would buy from again anytime. Thank you!

Ordering furniture online is always a little scary, but Pauline and Jeanette were fantastic to work with. They walked me through every step and kept me informed of the progress the entire way. The chesterfield sofa I received looks wonderful and it the quality is top notch. I highly recommend Timeless Chesterfields to anyone.

Beautifully made, superb quality couch, Dealing with customer service was always pleasant and friendly. Even the shipping was cool as I had the ships name and could track it real-time all the way to Canada.
Would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Very nice products, gentle people and Good communication! Thanks for everything!

The team at Timeless Chesterfields made this process so easy! From the shipping quote, to the material samples it all went quickly. I was pleasantly shocked that prior to production, I received a second material sample confirming it was what I wanted. When it was delivered it blew me away how wonderful the leather is and how comfortable.

Love love love our sofa! Great quality & delivery was easy.

I ordered the love seat online and was a little nervous about the process. I was surprised how good the communication was throughout the process. Communication and delivery was good and prompt.

I was very surprised when I received the love seat as the quality was outstanding.

What a beautiful piece of furniture. Thank you very much for the service all the way to Omaha Nebraska!

The sofa and pouffe box are beautiful. The fabric and workmanship look luxurious and seem to be of very high quality. FYI, The delivery man unfolded the bed and was vey surprised how smoothly it glided out with just one hand. He said that he has experience with sofa beds and they generally they take much more effort to unfold.

I was a bit apprehensive from ordering furniture from England even though I’m here in California. I’m glad I did. The sofa bed beats any chesterfield design I saw in stores hands down. Worth every penny.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Pauline the agent was extremely professional. She followed up and did everything she said she would. If/when I upgrade in space I will most likely add another sofa and a couple of chairs.

.........with the arrival on schedule of our Saxon York leather sofa. The ordering and delivery processes (to our home in France) were smoothly handled by Saxon, much appreciated. Quality product, quality company.

Just received delivery of two gorgeous chesterfields from Saxon. We were guided along the way (they were 4 months in the making) by Pauline, who was very obliging and helpful with all our decisions (there are a lot to be made!). The transport from England to NorthWest Ireland could have been tricky with problems due to England's decision to leave the EU, but the transport people were also efficient, helpful and prompt to respond at every turn. Couldn't recommend Saxon highly enough.

I purchased three chesterfield pieces for my living room and I am thrilled with the entire experience. Both of my acquisitions went smoothly. The sofas themselves are beautiful and well built. I was nervous about purchasing from England, living in America, this was unnecessary as the process was well explained and conducted on schedule. First rate company and staff..thanks Pauline

Fantastic sofas!! We selected Timeless Chesterfields based on Trust Pilot reviews, and they were as good as their reputation. The sofas are incredibly comfortable and very well priced (compared to other providers). We loved being able to 'customise' our sofas with materials, feet, and styles, and then have them made for us. Delivery was excellent - the team arrived as promised, did a great (and swift) job of getting the feet on (even to adding felt underpads to protect our wooden floors), and were out in no time. All round, truly excellent!

Would highly recommend Timeless Chesterfields. The ordering process was very easy and communication friendly and informative. Love my Chesterfield sofa

The quality of leather and craftsmanship are awesome. I ordered the three seater Ellington in antique green. The dimensions are slightly smaller than expected but I love it all the same.

Saxons is such a friendly, professional company producing high quality furniture. We liaised with their delivery department on several occasions as we were in the process of house hunting and once we were settled, Saxons arranged delivery on the Isle of Wight. The leather Chesterfields, chair and foot stools are of excellent quality, well made and so comfortable. Thank you Saxons and especially Paulene.

Here we are at the other end 0f the world in New Zealand and thrilled with our stunning British-made Chesterfield sofa. We searched for some time for our dream sofa and came across Saxon. Throughout the placement of the order and shipping details we were professionally and efficiently helped by Saxon staff.
What a delight when the sofa arrived at our door secure in its timber crate after its long journey. We are delighted with our dream sofa.

We ordered a pair of sofas, after choosing the materials & design on their website. Ordered during lockdown, we were expecting a sizeable delay. However, they were delivered on time. They are beautifully made, with top-notch materials. Not only good looking, they are very comfortable, as well, although they initially feel a bit unyielding. Would highly recommend the company & its products.
