Timeless Chesterfields レビュー

The quality of my sofas are exceptional and the detail and craftmanship is beyond compare. Customer service from Timeless Chesterfields has been second to none and the staff were hugely helpful in assisting me select the correct fabric (so many choices), all in all a seamless, straightforward experience with the furniture delivered on schedule, completely hassle-free. Since receiving my sofas I have gone on to order an additional armchair chair and stool :)

I Always wanted a chesterfield sofa & so glad I chose this company to make mine. Lovely to be able to speak to an actual person on the phone for any communications or questions you may have. I love my sofas so much, well made, comfortable & look absolutely gorgeous in my newly decorated lounge!! I chose two 3 seaters in antique brown (which was exactly like the free samples they had sent me to choose from) & they are just perfect!! From ordering to delivery, service was outstanding. Thank you Timeless Chesterfields for my beautiful sofas, I’m sure they will serve me well for years to come!!

I was a little scared ordering a couch from overseas but they communicated with me every step of the way and delivered it on time. We couldn't be more happy with our Chesterfield couch. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Michelle was so helpful at all times -
Always text and called me when I needed advice. Quality of sofa is gorgeous, it was delivered in the allocated time slot and delivery team were great. Best sofa bed I have ever seen - a joyous experience from start to finish, thank you!

Excellent quality leather and finishes. the delivery was done according to schedule. Hope it will be the same post BREXIT. The two ladies who assisted me were very helpful.

Very good leather quality and construction

All great except that the cushions lift and would benefit from some velcro underneath to keep them in place. Otherwise very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Lead times are a bit long but it was worth the wait.

After looking at many Chesterfield manufacturers we chose to go with Timeless Chesterfield and were not disappointed. The leather samples were a great help in making our choice of leather and the product is of the best quality. We would most certainly recomend Timeless Chesterfields and use them again.

Utter Perfection .
We Have not seen a higher standard or such quality anywhere , and we were looking around for quite some a time before ordering two wing collection sofas .
Timeless Chesterfields are "Masters of their craft".
If one of our sofas would have been placed in any well-known department store , people would have been queuing just to try it .... And the customer service is excellent too - from ordering through production to delivery , we cannot prize them highly enough.

I am thrilled with my new Chesterfield Knightsbridge sofa. Every step of the way in purchasing this sofa was smooth. Pauline is a great resource. It was delivered in perfect condition. I certainly would recommend Timeless Chesterfields.

Janette Turnbull provided exemplary customer service. Outstanding job!

The furniture is of excellent quality. We always wanted a chesterfield from England. We now own one!

Kind Regards!

I was admittedly a little nervous about spending a few thousand pounds on Sofas that I had never seen or sat in, though all the reviews looked amazing so I took the plunge.

Communication, delivery and service were all fantastic. The Sofas themselves are phenomenal. They look amazing and are super comfortable. Everything you could want from a Chesterfield.

Definitely get yourself some swatches to make sure you know what you're getting.

Highly Recommend this company.

Ordering
We have ordered a bespoke piece if furniture. The sales team have been excellent to help me understand my requirements. We exted our settee to seat 5 people. Timeless throughout provided extra steps to ensure the design and measurements were correct.

Communication
Very clear and helpful. We didn't want our settee until we moved into our new house. Timeless Chesterfields kept us informed of the start date to make our settee and doubled checked the sample of leather before they started work. Delivery dates were clear.

Settee and chair quality
Absolutely exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship the quality is outstanding. The delivery men were professional friendly and efficient.

My captain's chair took a while to arrive, but they kept me informed and it was well worth waiting for. The delivery men couldn't have been better: they were friendly and efficient, carried the chair up the single flight of stairs to my flat, delivered it to the room it was for, unpacked it and took away all the packaging. The chair is an item of real quality: it looks great and is comfortable. Worth every penny and I am delighted with it.

They kept me notified every step of the way. They sent me multiple swatches and when it came to the build, they sent me a Swatch of the actual leather to make sure I was happy with the colour. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning sofa. The workmanship is simply perfection. From ordering online to delivery the service we received was second to none. We definitely recommend and will purchase again in the future.

Very happy with the sofa,Its very comfortable and well built. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth.

I searched globally for a Chesterfield furniture maker. Living in Australia meant that I started with Australian furniture makers, then expanded my search to UK and USA. There are also useful articles online that highlighted features to choose (and pitfalls to avoid).
From my research, I put together a wish list, including:
a) a real timber frame (not MDF or other composite wood);
b) individual tacks (not blocks of 5 tacks joined together); and
c) the type of leather (especially, not small patches sewn together).

I decided to select full aniline leather. I want a particular shade of green that was not available in standard aniline offering however, the sales manager from Timeless Chesterfield provided me with additional Italian leathers options and I was able to find just the right shade.

Following my research and communication with Timeless Chesterfield, I felt confident enough to buy my first pieces of furniture online. I selected a 3-seater sofa bed and two scroll chairs. Given that my leather was bespoke, this was my one-and-only chance, so I needed everything to be right.

The furniture arrived securely packed in bubble plastic, cardboard shipping cartons and surrounded by wooden crating. Everything was safely packed.

The quality was faultless. Everything was as good as I could imagine. I am so pleased with the quality of the furniture. I'm sure the craftspeople who made my furniture were proud when they finished it, but they will never be quite as happy as me.

I wanted to make this purchase my last lounge set, and I feel confident that it will become items of pride in my family for generations to come.
