TMT came highly recommended from a fellow local business but just could not deliver on so many levels. Such a disappointment. I personally wouldn’t recommend Kevin . No communication, unprofessional E mails,and a general lack of care and regard for their client. After communication with the compliance department regarding their misgivings they made a token refund of £100, better than nothing but just lip service.Just not up to standard.

We would wholeheartedly recommend TMT. Our conveyancer Catherine was absolutely peerless, combining equal quantities diligence and tenacity in the face of under-performance by the representatives of the other party, ensuring that our purchase progressed smoothly. Overall, the entire team was a pleasure to work with.

It was quite a long process with a few complications along the way, but Jo was always helpful and especially good at getting things sorted towards the end when there were a few last-minute issues with the mortgage company.

It’s been a stressful time with everything surrounding the divorce, so it was a big relief to finally get the house transfer completed.

So, I don’t think words will be able to sum up how incredibly grateful we are for TMT legal services. They helped us in more ways than one, trying to sell and buy our new home! We were sent their way by our new developer which I am always dubious about, so I like to shop around but they were the best value for money for what we needed. We were selling a shared ownership flat, (this is a very complex type of sale with leasehold documents and complicated legal forms) to buy a new build home full value. We spoke with them to see if they were able to do both transactions and without hassle began our instruction as their policies were so clear, concise and exactly what we wanted.

I dealt with multiple individuals from the company: Sophie, Kelly & Courtney. All very lovely people dealing with different parts of the transaction; whether that was a confirmation of payment or client letters.

Kelly did our declaration of trust and was amazing and very informative whenever we had queries! So we absolutely loved having her behind us!

But the biggest shoutout by a mile goes to our wonderful solicitor Natasha. I know people spout on about how soliciotrs can be difficult to get hold of and ‘rubbish’ but I couldn’t disagree any more! Ours was one of the most competent, friendly, easy to get hold of, just all round lovely to liaise with solicitor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

She is so unbelievably thorough and good at her job, she did our complicated sale and purchase all together which must of been an immense work load among other clients work. She always replied to our emails in a very timely manner, and they were always so clear and concise. She would help us with any legal jargon we weren’t sure on, she would explain every point and if unsure she would chase and follow up on it. She managed to get things like foundation designs for flagged issues within area searches we weren’t sure on so we could mitigate our concerns. She genuinely answered every query and worry and always filled us with confidence. I just think buying and selling can be so stressful with so many legal terms and agreements you simply can’t understand alone, and you just want someone by your side who is going to help you navigate it.

We told her we wanted a synced sale and purchase, this was also no problem for her, she worked around my complicated cabin crew roster to manage completion and exchange, which again we had such clear communication on those very integral days. We knew exactly what was happening and when. She even chased our buyers solicitors as they were incredibly slow and our buyer was feeling frustrated and almost jumped ship to use our solicitors because hers were being less than satisfactory.

I think you’d be silly not to give TMT a call, their quotes are super straight forward and I just think as long as you a respectful, kind and understanding person and approach them with such an attitude they are more than willing to help you in any way they can.

Any issues that did arise which wasn’t many, were always rectified immediately and caused no delays.

Thank you for being so personable and human when talking to us and helping us move into our dream home! Natasha deserves an award for her skills and knowledge and I hope she’s recognised for it!

We used TMT for selling and purchasing a property, Sophie was amazing right from the start. She was very quick to respond to us always, so friendly and informative we felt in really good hands. Even with a few hiccups along the way, she was always quick to solve these issues and keep us informed every step of the way. Have used TMT twice now for conveyancing services. The staff have been consistently polite, efficient and very quick to respond helpfully to any enquiries. I would recommend and would use them again if we move in the future.

TMT has revived our faith in solicitors! From previous experience with other companies we were naturally concerned about solicitors. But our solicitor Natasha was simply faultless in our house move! She kept up well informed and even helped us with solutions for enquiries from purchasers etc, right from receiving the quote until the end of completion day the whole team were amazing and always kept us informed of any additional fees we would need to pay as part of the sale.

Highly recommend the firm and Charlotte. Super fast and easy throughout process. Completely seamless, didn’t require chasing or following up on anything - the easiest transaction.

What amazing conveyancing service we had from TMT. Our solicitor was beyond efficient and was contactable throughout the whole process. The receptionists were always helpful and passed on messages when needed. The knowledge and expertise of our conveyancer was also excellent.
