Natasha worked hard to get our house sale and purchase to complete on the same day after some usual glitches in house buying process. Staff always welcoming in Hythe office which was reassuring.

My sale and purchase transactions had some challenges but TMT, with their professionalism and experience, achieved completion on both sale and purchase. I am now happily living in my new home. I sincerely thank the whole team who were involved.

TMT have been excellent. All communication has been very quick and explained in an easy way. Having had to deal with multiple companies in our moving process, TMT have been the best to deal with. Catherine in particular has always dealt with us very professionally, even if we could sometimes be exasperated by some of the roadblocks (not from TMT, from mortgage broker). She has always sorted problems quickly, responding to emails very quickly and calling us if it is easier to get information across. We even found out from TMT we had been accepted for our mortgage, before our mortgage brokers even knew!
Would highly recommend their service.

My daughter and I have just exchanged on our new house in Cornwall - to date I cannot fault TMT services - they are totally professional, helpful and nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. So slow. Don’t respond always on holiday. Also very expensive compared with local alternatives. Honestly would avoid especially as first time buyer. Tlmy two grown up kids using them for conveyancing. Weeks without response. For a simple sale had taken six months with no explanation.

This was my first time selling a property and TMT made it an easy experience. They were professional but personal and were on hand to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend them.
