Fantastic experience. I’ve moved home a couple of times and this was by far the quickest and most stress free experience with conveyancers. A big thank you to Apriya Kaur and Kevin Danez at Horsham. Our recent house sale was a long drawn out affair but TMT, and especially Kayleigh Ryan acted very professionally and calmly , especially as we were becoming ever more frustrated at the various delays.
We have also used TMT for Probate and Will writing services and would not hesitate to recommend them

I cannot fault TMT especially Catherine Palmer with my recent home purchase . She kept me fully informed and the whole experience was stress free. She was extremely efficient and always replied to me the same day.

I have had a dreadful experience with TMT Legal services. The service I received was slow, inaccurate, and the advice received incorrect. The questions I raised in my initial enquiry were never answered and despite repeated attempts to get an answer i gave up and researched and found the answers myself. Completion day was a total nightmare with TMT being responsible for the delay in acknowledging and transferring funds through the chain. 6 month after my move i am still battling with the HMRC regarding a stamp duty inaccuracy following the documents being sent off in the wrong name! This company needs an audit at the very least! Do not use them!

Recently purchased our first property and through family recommendations chose to use TMT. We had some issues with estate agents and our seller’s solicitors but luckily Natasha and Angela never dropped the ball. These girls went above and beyond to ensure the transfer happened smoothly and without them I don’t think it would’ve happened at all. This process was very new and scary for us as first time buyers but they made sure we understood everything and answered every question thoroughly, replying to our emails very quick. We were recommended TMT legal Services through our newbuild developer. Unfortunately, we did not receive a very good service at all. My emails were completely ignored, questions left unanswered, and phone calls never returned. The communication from the Newbuild Team Leader was pretty much non existent. We did not feel reassured or well looked after throughout the process and would not recommend this firm to anyone. Sadly, our developer has said we are not the first buyers to report this feedback with TMT.

Friendly and responsive team who made us feel like there were no silly questions and nothing was too much trouble. Moving home is so stressful but Jo and the team really helped us to navigate the process.

Excellent service from TMT Legal. I contacted them to have a legal charge removed from my property. It’s only a small job but needed to be done right. Prompt and professional from the start, the communication, and the overall service was fantastic. I highly recommend this local firm and will be using them again in the future A+

TMT legal was suggested by the developer of my new build back in 2021. We trusted the good reviews and this proved us very wrong.

1. Tight deadline for completion transfer and wrong stamp duty information - the final payment calculation was only sent 2 days before the deadline with a wrong stamp duty information. Review window and preparation time for us was super tight. We spot a wrong stamp duty in the calculation but we could not find anyone via email or telephone for confirmation until the evening before deadline. Even a first time UK property buyer like me could get the accurate stamp duty tax by using the stamp duty calculator on the government website. It was quite a surprise to me when I spot this

2. Irresponsible attitude towards outstanding items - we received an email from TMT one year after completion requesting us to sign a certain document. The email was sent without any background or information explaining why this was needed. We were told this was caused by the updates of the developer solicitor and thus the deed is still not ready. We were not even notified the deed was not even ready and the reasons for it. We signed and got everything TMT needs right away but after that we heard nothing back. We will not even get an update if we do not chase constantly. Now it’s May 2025 and still we have the same answer - it’s with the developer. But neighbours who didn’t use TMt group for conveyancing service have no such issue. A neighbour who used TMt for conveyancing successfully had their deed sorted after numerous calls and emails. This told us the responsibility is not with the developer but with TMT.

It’s a huge disappointment with their services and attitudes. I am not the only victim my neighbours are still waiting for an update on their deeds. I would say we made a huge mistake choosing TMT when buying our new build. Stay away.
