Excellent service from Shannon when both selling our house and purchasing our new one. Extremely quick turnaround and both exchange and completion days went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend.

TMT are Utterly incompetent.
If I could rate this company lower, I would.
NEVER EVER USE THEM! Never.
They will ignore you, will deride you, will drag their heels, WILL delay you by months.
Inept, incompetent and utterly arrogant. There is no conversing with these people. They ignore your queries and just repeat their wanted information.

At every last stage of the process they were inept, lazy, arrogant and ignorant.
The definition if incompetence is not knowing what to do. This company is the living embodiment of incompetence.

The second time using TMT (firstly for buying our property and this time for the sale of our property). We had Nathan acting on behalf of us twice and we were extremely impressed both times by his efficient and effective communication. His transparency of time frames throughout the whole process was spot on - there was never any misleading, it was complete honesty. Although the sale was prolonged by factors he could not control, he went above and beyond to find alternative ways to reach completion.

TMT recently created my Will for me and the service was brilliant. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. Everything was sorted out really efficiently and I felt complete at ease. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for other legal service requirements. Thank you very much!!

I used TMT for the sale of my house and purchase of a flat and have subsequently recommended them to family and friends.
Such a professional and personable service; quick to respond to all queries and chase the other solicitor firms involved in the chains. I kept in regular contact with both my buyer and the lady I was buying from, both of whom expressed how they wished they had also used TMT and were frustrated with their own legal teams. It was pleasing to be the strong link in the chain. I also received comments from my estate agent and that of my purchases estate agents’ at how efficient TMT had been.
Each step of the way I felt well prepared, kept informed and confident.

My wife and I needed to update our wills having had a few children. We are not local to the offices but decided to work with TMT as they were recommended to us by a friend. The whole experience was excellent - we'll be sure to use them for future conveyancing!

This is my second time using this company, having been introduced by a Marketing Suite for the developer we originally bought through. Both transactions have been exceptionally smooth and I cannot thank the teams enough for their support. Excellent service from TMT when using them recently for Wills and Conveyancing. Responsive, friendly and knowledgable throughout.

I would avoid using these people for anything. We used them, on the recommendation of McCarthy Stone, for the conveyancing of the sale of our flat and purchase of a McCarthy Stone property. McCarthy Stone do a deal where they buy your property, and you buy theirs. TMT are the worst firm of conveyancers I have ever had the misfortune to use, I doubt they ever opened any sort of Law book. Any questions we raised were dismissed, charges or fees we disagreed with were ignored and paid and moneys we were entitled to were not collected. They were very difficult to contact and sent most of their questions or requests to McCarthy Stone, despite the fact we were the clients. A major offer was that Stamp Duty (£5000) would be paid by McCarthy Stone. This fact became ‘forgotten’ and then denied, despite it being in writing. TMT never pursued this. They got settlement figures and Legal licence fees wrong on many occasions and then deducted their error from our final settlement. They couldn’t even add up their own bill. Charged a lot, cost a lot and did very little for us.

Used TMT for buying a new build property as recommended by a developer. Excellent service, kept informed throughout and most importantly exchanged well within the deadline. Thank you TMT!
