Tom Barnes Surveyors レビュー

I recently got the survey for my future house done by Tom Barnes. The company does well and really appreciate their service. The surveyor is really nice person and open to discussion on property concerns and recommendations/resolutions. Finding the survey results really helpful 👏 .

Tom Barnes Surveyors gave us an excellent service from booking him through his online site to the surveying of a property we plan to purchase. His follow up telephone conversation informing us on some of his findings was informative and helpful. The electronic Survey full report was returned to us within a few days of the survey date and was very thorough and informative. We would definitely recommend Tom Barnes Surveyors for an excellent service.

Tom and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Very easy booking process. We were also called following the survey to discuss briefly what was found, and the extensive report followed a few days after. Would definitely recommend.

Tom makes himself available for questions and clarification which is unusual these days.
Definitely worth using.

Tom was professional and courteous when I asked him to survey a property that I wanted to purchase. He was most efficient and kept me upto speed at all times,
I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend his service

Exceptional service throughout. From first contact, to booking, to the survey itself, and finally to the telephone call and final report, the service was first class.
Booking was easy, with a very reasonable price. The survey itself was followed by a telephone call to go through the ‘highlights’ and to offer a chance to ask questions. This was swiftly followed by an extremely detailed report by email.
I cannot fault any part of the service and would not hesitate to recommend Tom Barnes to anyone that will listen!

Very pleased with my experience with Tom and the team. He turned up when they said he would, I received the report when he said I would receive it. I am very happy with the report, I feel he was very thorough in the survey and the report was easy for me to understand. Tom even called me after he had visited the property to explain his more serious findings which was really appreciated. If I ever need a survey again I would definitely go back to Tom and would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.

Fantastic service all round. Had no issues booking online. Home survey report carried out in fine detail. Follow up call received in good time. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a home survey doing.

Tom provided an excellent service for me. The report was in-depth and I felt his cost were extremely fair.
He also spoke to me before preparing the report to give me the heads up on some of the issues.
I would highly recommend him. I know others who have used him and say the same.

The experience was excellent – no faults at all. We were booked in extremely quickly, and Tom even called me personally after the survey to run through the initial findings. I highly recommend this service. Such a smooth and efficient process – cannot fault it!

Tom very kindly returned to the property as there had been a mix up over keys on his initial visit. Superb service and we cannot fault Tom or his company. Well done! We would highly recommend this company.

Great service and very competitive on price. The team were super helpful and even advised that we needed a lower level survey due to the type of property we were buying. The online portal is also super easy to keep track of everything. Highly recommend

Excellent service and very fast turnaround. Highly recommended

Great service, very accommodating, trustworthy, thorough.

We used Tom Barnes to carry out a survey on our prospective home in the Coventry area which was built around 1950s. We went for a level 2 survey. Tom was brilliant and efficient, contacting me personally to keep me informed. Where I needed clarity on the document the team speedily arranged an appointment to go over those details. This effective communication allowed me to continue on to purchasing my property aware and in a timely manner. They provided no complications so I would happily recommend!

Tom did a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey for me. He was extremely thorough and provided a comprehensive report. It had detailed descriptions of his findings and pictures so you could see exactly what was wrong. The report was easy to understand but a follow on call was also provided in case of any questions. Tom was extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual and the report was provided within 3 days of the survey. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and would definitely use him again in the future.

The survey occurred on the day advised and a report was sent through within a few days.

Had a full, level 3 survey done as the house we were purchasing was over 100 years old. Tom called us on the evening of the survey to talk us through the key points and the report was certainly comprehensive with numerous photos to back up the observations made.

Good communication throughout, knowledgeable surveyor and a very thorough report. Would highly recommend!

Throughout the whole process of using Tom Barnes Surveyors, I found them extremely professional. I was unsure of what level of survey to get and Tom was very honest when he advised that I only needed the Level 2. I received a summary call on the day of the survey. The detailed report was received within 3 days (and it was Bank Holiday Monday) and the portal from beginning to end was very easy to navigate. I have had a few queries following the survey and Tom has been extremely helpful; getting back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend Tom Barnes Surveyors for cost, support and professionalism.
