Tom Barnes Surveyors レビュー

Tom and the team are fabulous! From my first enquiry, I was provided with the potential week the appointment was likely to occur to avoid disappointment. Tom gave me a ring after the house had been surveyed to update me regarding any potential issues with the house. I asked for a Level 3 survey, which to my surprise, at the time, also came with an offer for a free drone survey. I obtained a comprehensive report with lots of photographs included. A copy of the report was sent to my solicitor without me having to lift a finger.

Did the survey as agreed, report arrived as promised, good amount of detail and photos in the report

Fast response, polite, helpful, fair price

Tom and the team are very, very good, extremely responsive and happy to answer our questions before and after the surveys.

We had two surveys done, a RICS help to buy valuation on the home we were selling and a level 3 survey on the home we were buying. We received a phone call on the day of the survey giving us a summary over the phone and just a few days later the full report. It is full of detail and provides the right level of information for us to work out what exactly we should do next. We got lots of extra photos of the home in the report and are aware of stuff we probably would never have been.

Great price too!

This is my second time using Tom Barnes. His team are really quick to respond, kept us up to date with progress. Sorted out arranging the survey directly with the estate agents and received the report within 3 days. Great service and will definitely use again!

Professional, friendly and helpful service from start to finish. The final survey report was very detailed with many photos and all findings clearly collated in order of importance. Highly recommended.

Very professional and meticulous with good communication.

The website was easy to use and get a quote quickly. Upon requesting a quote, we got a desktop review of the property alongside the quote. We are based in Birmingham, first time buyers and got a Level 2 Report and Valuation. The quote was very good value, much better than the others in our local area.

The survey and report were very thorough (went into much more detail than we expected for a level 2) and was easy for us to understand and get advice based on. The full report also came back very quickly, within 3 working days.

Our only minor suggestion for improvement would be to use references in the text to make it clearer which photo it is about.

We would highly recommend Tom's services for those buying a house, we'll definitely go back in the future if we move.
Thank you!

I got a lot of responses to my request for quotes but few companies read my additional comments. Tom Barnes Surveyors was one of two that did. They were promote, responded to queries super fast and did the survey when they said they would. It was a comprehensive report with lots of pictures to demonstrate issues followed up with a call to highlight key points and an offer for further input if needed. I'd highly recommend them.

Amazing service! The survey was easy to request and was scheduled within a couple of weeks. After the appointment, I had a call from Tom to discuss his findings and the report came through within a couple of days. The drone survey was amazing - great to see the property from above and have a really in depth picture of what’s needed. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Very thorough survey with great communication. Great detail in report and very well laid out and easy to read.

I had excellent experience with Tom Barnes. They were affordable, booked survey date with in 2weeks, surveyor called me to debrief me at the end of his survey & emailed the full report with in 72 hours.

Highly recommend using Tom Barnes Surveyors for any of your home survey needs. Exceptional service from the beginning to the end. The communication from Tom and Hannah were spot on, and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Professional report, personable service, fantastic communication. Will 100% be recommending to family and friends, and will use again when needed in the future! Thank you

Tom Barnes Surveyors recently completed a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey for us. Tom fed back immediately with a phone call, and then within a few days we had received a very detailed, professional report full of information along with photographs. We have been very happy with the communication and service from Tom and the team, and would highly recommend the company.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom for any home buyer wanting a thorough survey. Very competitively priced, with absolutely top notch communication throughout the process, and an extremely in depth report received promptly, with the offer of a follow up phone call to cover anything we wanted clarification on. Thank you so much.

Once again, amazing and thorough service from Tom. Punctual and professional. The phone call on the survey day to go over the main points before the report was valued and useful.

Tom provided us with exactly what we needed. Fast, honest and at a great price too. Will definitely use again. Many thanks
