I liked that it gave you the option to find out what your credit score was however when I went to click on the full report to see further it showed no Information. I tried to email and ask them about this and haven't received anything back after 2 days. Everything else seemed great easy to navigate and helpful to build your credit.

I am preparing to file a class action lawsuit against Tomo. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, they only reported my account to TransUnion and failed to report the $30,000 credit line I paid for. This omission is not a minor oversight—it is misleading, exploitative, and harmful to consumers.

To make matters worse, Tomo provides no meaningful way to contact customer support or resolve issues, leaving customers completely without recourse. Based on my experience, this company operates like a scam, and accountability is long overdue. Unfortunately, it seems consumers must resort to legal action to have their concerns addressed.

For those praising Tomo as a “great company” or “great app,” I urge you to check your complete three-bureau credit reports (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Verify whether Tomo is reporting your account to all three bureaus and whether your credit limit is being reported accurately. If your credit limit is missing, this account is not helping your credit score—no matter how good the app looks on the surface.

They even offer their own credit card that doesn't use your credit score to determine what limit you get approved for. I put 5 stars so it won’t get taken down.. I loathe this app. It’s done nothing for my credit and it’s impossible to cancel my membership. They want me to schedule a call but there’s no availability until march??? Are you effing kidding me??? All I have left is just to get my bank to block them I guess. Don’t use this company you’ll regret it.
