DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SCAM. The memberships are presented as monthly options but scam into Annual. If you request a refund, their customer service will give you the run around but the sad part is they respond 24 hours later. DO NOT USE THIS. Go use Kikoff which is cheaper and way less complicated. Ive made 6 emails requesting a refund after 2 hours pasted my purchase. I realized they charged the whole year not monthly. It takes 24 hours for a response and they just keep offering different services instead of giving me back my money.

I signed up for TomoCredit with the…
I signed up for TomoCredit with the understanding that they would report a credit line to the major credit bureaus to help build my credit history. Instead, TomoCredit charged me a monthly fee of $129 for 5 to 6 consecutive months. During this entire time, they failed to report any credit line or activity to the credit bureaus. I paid hundreds of dollars for a service that was never delivered, essentially paying for absolutely nothing.
When I disputed the fees, I was explicitly assured by TomoCredit representatives that my monthly charge would be lowered to $39. This modification never occurred, and the company continued to extract the $129 monthly fee from my account without authorization or delivery of service.
I have made repeated, exhaustive attempts to cancel this service, but every time I emailed customer support requesting immediate cancellation, they refused to process it and instead sent evasive follow-up questions to delay the process. Additionally, I scheduled two separate video consultation appointments for this purpose. On both occasions, no representative from TomoCredit showed up to the call.
So I'm out of hundreds of dollars and nothing to show for it and they have not taken any accountability.

This company is a Scam I paid for the vip membership did a credit dispute which never work it was over 60 days still no update u can’t get anyone on the phone they won’t respond to emails I did a BBB complaint no help on my getting my refund I did a claim through the cfpb still no response I will be suing all contact in like there number and help email never helps they blocked my account won’t give a refund and won’t restore my account with out me paying 399 for the whole year again!

A Complete Trap - Do Not Even Try the "Starter" Plan!
I signed up for TomoCredit because their website explicitly advertises that non-U.S. citizens can build credit using an ITIN. I decided to test the waters with their basic "Starter" plan ($14.99/mo) before committing to anything bigger. I am so glad I didn't spend a penny more.
Once they charge your card, the platform is 100% useless. Here is the reality:
The ITIN verification is broken. Entering your ITIN causes the system to crash and throws you into an endless logout loop.
The core "Bank Linking" feature permanently says "Under maintenance."
The ONLY thing that works on the dashboard is an aggressive pop-up trying to force you to upgrade to a "VIP Business Card" for nearly $900 a year.
I have contacted their support four times over the past weeks and have been completely ghosted. They take your money for the basic tier, provide zero features, and try to hold you hostage for an $800+ upgrade.
Also, beware of their cancellation process: If you try to cancel, the button says "Withdraw Access," which is a dark pattern designed to lock you out of your account immediately so they can claim you canceled the service yourself.
Save your money and go with a legitimate secured credit card. This platform operates in entirely bad faith.

So I wound up buying from this company…
So I wound up buying from this company their VIP annual plan. At first I chRged the wrong card and was hoping they would refund and then recharge the right card.. they declined and said no refunds... Period. They also advertised a credit line of some kind. I bought into that with that in mind... Just to see that it didn't.
Now I tried disputing with banks, can't get refund cause of their terms of service but now also they have suspended my account. So they have my money and no service.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Never responded to the emails that I sent. Requested a refund because the service was not what I expected. I've sent at least 25 emails wanting my money back. No one ever reached out to me, not even a bot. This service would not get a star, but that was the only way I could post my review. DO NOT USE! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

My experience was not pleasant
My experience was not pleasant. The claimed they could help you boost your score but then after they were hit with the class action suit they changed and said all they do is coach you.I was scrolling through x where Spirassp posted 2 different articles from forbes that talked about this. My sister and I went all in and saw no change for over six months and they kept on charging us even when we wanted out. Our only solution was to close our cards ad change our phone numbers to end the harassment.

I received an email offering the 100k tradeline for a special price of paying $300 for the year membership. I made my payment. But, instead of getting the 100k tradeline, I keep getting the same email several times a week. I also purchased the TomoIQ plan for $7.99 per month and it's not doing as promised either. I'm getting emails several times a week. I've tried contacting them by writing to them and not getting any response to my emails. Just keep your promises.

Avoid at all cost
Went with this company because all the reviews I was seeing were good, I wish I would have read alot further down to see the negative, they took $300, then charged me $50 each month, with promise of a credit building card in which its been years and I never saw it, I reached out to customer service to see what was going on and what was my balance and all I got in response was my account was past due the $50 and nothing else, I recommend not using this money stealing company and I dont care about no "We are sorry to heart that" crap from their bot service or paid cs rep, I want my money back for the services not rendered.

Never had an account with them
Never had an account with them. Somehow they started billing for a subscription. I followed the rules- blocked charges, emailed them with last 4 of card number. I even got a new card. Somehow they still managed to bill me via cashapp. I'm at the point of trying to see if there are any class action cases filed against them because I know this can't be legal....I don't know what services they offer BUT I'm sure it's not legal!!

Change your reputation
I've used this company before and I have had similar experiences with them as everyone else had, except I didn't pay anything. I really wish they came through with what they promise because this is a great service in theory. If they follow-through, I'd be happy to write a 5-star review. I'd recommend offering VIP credit lines for a free for a while before charging, just so that you can turn your reputation around and earn business.

Horrible company
Horrible company, months have gone by and I have yet to hear from a representative to issue me this credit building card they supposedly offer. The status reads "under review". With non refundable membership fees you might as well save yourself the money and spend it elsewhere cause these people are garbage.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had a good experience with TomoCredit so far. The setup process was fairly simple and didn’t take too long, which I appreciated.
I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but the app has been easy enough to figure out. Everything is laid out clearly once you spend a little time with it. Overall it’s been a helpful and straightforward service.

Misleading and untrustworthy service.
Complete scam. They'll gladly take (steal) your money, but refuse to deliver on any of their promised services. This is a clear case of false advertising. Highly recommend avoiding them at ALL costs, unless you like giving your money to scam artists anyways.
