Nice fuel economy a made 400km by the autobahn and city and IT has consumtion 5,6l/100km. We trawel with 3 person with big 20kg bags and IT was enought space. Navigation was piór, but great was android auto by USB cable. I traveled from Sofia to Bansko and on the road we had big Villa and i20 hasn't enought power. Speed decrise from 120km/h to 80km/h. Only reduction gear to 3 allow slowly increase speed.

Great service
Great service. Rented a big 9 person van. A day before arrival got a mail that the car isn't avvailable but after a short back and forth every thing got fixed. The car was clean and ready for us. At drop off it takes a bit longer than usual but nothing that cant be managrd with a 10 min. time planning. Will rent again for sure.

Bester lokaler Anbieter in Bulgarien
Ich habe bisher ca. 30 Mal bei toprentacar gebucht. Es ist abgesehen von den internationalen Autovermietern der einzige lokale Anbieter, dem ich vertraue.
Wer keine Versicherung abschließen will, sollte allerdings eine "echte" Kreditkarte dabei haben, keine debit.

It was a perfectly fine car to use
It was a perfectly fine car to use, and the price was very reasonable. It was a bit annoying that we had to wait so long for the shuttle bus from the airport to pick us up, but it worked well on the return trip, and the refund was processed quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great experience with this company.
The car was exactly what was requested, no changes, no try to upgrade, modify or distract you from your original order. Really professional people. Despite being a bit far from the terminal, they were really fast picking us with a shuttle. Pick-up and drop-off processes were really fast.

Bad car
The car does not handle even a minimal amount of snow at all. On the second day after the rental, a wrench warning light appeared on the dashboard. The rear wiper blade fell off, and when it was drizzling, the rear wiper often turned on automatically, which could have scratched the rear window. In addition, the rear left light stopped working.

The delay of your arrival was caused by the airline and is unfortunately outside of our control. Despite this, our team waited and ensured that you were fully assisted and received the vehicle after our official working hours.

Super Honest Review and Experience from them
We arrived on time at Bulgaria. We called their shuttle service as when we exited the terminal 2, there was no shuttle waiting. Upon calling them, they said that it is on the way and will be there for a few minutes. Their office is just 8 minutes away. We waited for 60 minutes. Yes 1 hour. I called them again and told us that it will be there in 5 minutes, but we waited 15 minutes more. Once it arrived, we were not able to hop on it as they were a lot of customers waiting. So we had to wait another shuttle for 10 minutes more.
Once we got to the office, to be fair the service was good. They had lots of staff and the process was systematic and went smoothly.
We got the car we booked then after a day, while we were on our way to Rila
monestery, 1 hour far away from Sofia center, the car got errors. All the assist turned off. ABS system offline, a lot of dashboard errors that will make you worry and stop somewhere before it gets worse.
We called them and they were quick to answer, they told us to return the car back at their office for a replacement. We returned at their office and received a replacement. The process once again we’re very systematic. The staff are nice and well trained.
Honestly could’ve been a 5 star but all the hassle and the time lost was just difficult for us as we have scheduled days and with the hassle we went through we had to reschedule everything.
The rental cars are great. The staff are nice. Could’ve been perfect if this didn’t happen to us.

We would like to assure you that such delays are not typical for our standards and level of service. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances on that day, the shuttle service was delayed, which resulted in a longer waiting time than usual. As a gesture of goodwill and to partially compensate for the inconvenience, our team provided you with 135 bonus minutes for the vehicle return already on the spot.
Regarding the technical issue with the vehicle, we would like to thank you for notifying us immediately. As soon as we received your call, our team reacted promptly and arranged for a replacement vehicle. The new vehicle was released and prepared, and the replacement was completed on the same day, in order to minimize the impact on your trip as much as possible.
We truly appreciate your kind words about our staff, the systematic process, and the overall service at our office. Your positive comments mean a lot to us and motivate our team to continue providing high-quality service.
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and the time lost. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.
