Service and car quality is very good
Service and car quality is very good. Professional staff with good English.
The only comply is pick up process from terminal to the Rental location.
It's not clear were is a pick up point . It could be nice to have sign/flag with "TOP Car transfer pick up point" indication.

Очень хорошая компания.
Много в разных странах арендовали автомобили, это лучшая компания. Всегда машина готова, марка соответствует заявленной. Служба поддержки работает очень быстро и отвечают чётко и по делу. Машины всегда в очень хорошем состоянии или новые. В Варне менеджеры всегда помогают и делают все быстро. Уже более 10 раз арендовал и очень доволен.

The car itself was fine and in good…
The car itself was fine and in good condition. No complaints there.
However, the service at pick-up was a disaster. I had to wait about 40 minutes at the airport for an employee to arrive. During this time, nobody answered the phone — calls were either rejected, not answered, or redirected to an answering machine that only sent me to the website. This was extremely frustrating.
The shuttle to the rental station arrived after around 30 minutes, although the employee told me that the shuttle runs every 5 minutes. This information was clearly not true. Such a waiting time at an airport is not acceptable.
Once I finally reached the rental station, the situation improved a lot.
The service at the station, both when picking up and returning the car, was excellent. The staff there (Mario) was professional and helpful, and I have no complaints about that part of the service.

I received excellent servicetop car rental - super company
I received excellent service. The shuttle picked us up from the airport on time. Check-in was quick, despite the line. I received the exact car I ordered, in excellent condition and clean. Returning it was just as quick. The company's team is young and very friendly. Everything was top-notch. I'm sure I'll use their services again.

I was told to wait 15–20 minutes for the car, but received it 50 minutes after my booking time. Staff were rude and dismissive, said I was “lucky” while others had waited hours, and claimed I hadn’t paid because I booked through an intermediary. When I mentioned leaving a review, they replied, “you can’t win them all.”
The car also had unrecorded damage they refused to document. Extremely poor customer service.

However, during periods of increased traffic or higher than usual demand at certain locations, temporary delays may occur despite these efforts. Our goal is always to serve every client as efficiently as possible while maintaining consistent service standards.
Our colleagues are trained to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times. In busy periods, they may simply be trying to explain that increased traffic can affect multiple customers waiting in the queue, and any feedback related to staff interaction is reviewed internally to ensure alignment with our service guidelines and to maintain a consistent customer experience across all locations.
All vehicles are subject to documented inspections before and after each rental. Together with the vehicle documents, customers receive a measuring tool with size indicators for signs of normal wear and tear. Any marks that fall within these limits are not recorded as damage, nor is the customer held accountable for such findings upon return of the vehicle.
We remain at your disposal and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our service.

The car was quite old and not so clean
The car was quite old and not so clean. Some transmission issue appeared during the ride, but problem disappeared after restart.
Transportation from airport to head office takes a lot of time. I was have to wait 3 rounds before it was free seats in the shuttle bus.

Easy service walked into Varna office spoke to very friendly girl arranged pick up the following day , car was new and clean , dropped car off at airport a week after, they dropped me off at the terminal, happy days

The car was also excellent.. clean and well-maintained.
The waiting time for picking up and returning the car was also reasonable.. (I would have liked the shuttle from the terminal to be faster, I waited almost 20 minutes.)

Nice fuel economy a made 400km by the…
Nice fuel economy a made 400km by the autobahn and city and IT has consumtion 5,6l/100km. We trawel with 3 person with big 20kg bags and IT was enought space. Navigation was piór, but great was android auto by USB cable. I traveled from Sofia to Bansko and on the road we had big Villa and i20 hasn't enought power. Speed decrise from 120km/h to 80km/h. Only reduction gear to 3 allow slowly increase speed.

Great service
Great service. Rented a big 9 person van. A day before arrival got a mail that the car isn't avvailable but after a short back and forth every thing got fixed. The car was clean and ready for us. At drop off it takes a bit longer than usual but nothing that cant be managrd with a 10 min. time planning. Will rent again for sure.

Ich habe bisher ca. 30 Mal bei toprentacar gebucht. Es ist abgesehen von den internationalen Autovermietern der einzige lokale Anbieter, dem ich vertraue.
Wer keine Versicherung abschließen will, sollte allerdings eine "echte" Kreditkarte dabei haben, keine debit.
