Terrible customer support

One of the worts customer support, bought all the parts to build my pc at this shop, two months later had a problem with it and it was clearly a hardware problem, sent more than 10 emails asking for a replacement or even for a solution, not only they didn't offer any solutions but kept insisting on the same problem even without checking it. They didn't solve my problem until now and I'll ask for a refund soon. The prices are good but the customer service is not good

If you purchase components to build a PC yourself we do not offer warranty on your work.

The warranty is on each individual component only.

Our technical support staff are always available to help customers however the customer must want their help and understand the instructions being provided.

Our staff can help however you must be able to work out what the issue is and what part needs to be returned.

If you have a problem with a component you can return the item to us or to the manufacturer however you cannot return a PC to us for repair as we did not build the PC.

You must be responsible for the work you carried our which was to build a PC using components.

If you want a PC that comes with Collect and Return Warranty you must purchase a PC ( complete ) from us as we cannot provide a warranty service for your work !

Please refer to the terms and conditions associated with this order and or read the detailed replies given by our support staff to you over the last few weeks.

If you are unable to complete the PC build or repair the work you have already carried our we would recommend going to a local qualified computer repair centre.
A local repair centre will charge you between €150-€350 to build a PC if you supply the components

More support to buyers needed

More support to buyers needed.
The Managers attitude was appalling the day I called. I sincerely hope I don’t have problems with this PC given his attitude.

On the positive, PC arrived early. Looks amazing. Dave in the call centre was extremely helpful.

I was not looking for telephone support regarding the status of my PC, I was looking for advice on how best to spend my budget. I spent over €1100 on just the pc , no accessories, no extras.

The manager was dismissive and rude. Terrible customer service. Dave however was very helpful as mentioned.
My fear is if there’s a problem with this PC, I will probably have to deal with the manager. He needs to look at his attitude. Customer service is a thing!

Our staff are always there to assist our customers. We offer support through a world class integrated system which allows us to reply to and answer all support tickets , emails and posts within a short period. This system also allows us to search and cross reference all communications which allows us to provide better support. We however do not offer telephone support with regards to giving delivery dates and we update our customers by email a their order progresses with PENDING , PROCESSING , DISPATCH emails as well as for builds SYSTEM AT BUILD STAGE and FINAL TESTING BEFORE DISPATCH. If a customer wants to see the STATUS of an order they can also log into their account so see the latest information. We however cannot provide tracking details or delivery information over the phone. On average for a build we send 7 emails over 10 days and with a component or accessory order we send up to 3 emails over 5 days. We believe our notification system keeps our customers up to date and provides vital infromation that allows them to track their orders. On top of this our carrier NIGHTLINE.ie send an email and a SMS TEXT on the day of delivery.

I ordered 2 gaming pc which my son was…

I ordered 2 gaming pc which my son was able to pick how he wanted them built from the website with no hassle at all we placed the order and were able to log in and check progress on order in build stage we were expecting it to take over two weeks to arrive and we received our order in just over a week really easy and quick service. Would and have recommended these guys and will definitely use again in the near future.

Gaming laptop

Had a small problem with drivers when it arrived but they sorted it out over the phone no bother. Having a flawless gaming experience with the laptop I got so far. Good stuff.

The PC was DOA
The PC arrived not working, when I sent a descriptive request to support on what I tried and what resulted, they responded with advice to try do exactly what I described doing and to call the helpline if that didn't work.
When I called the support helpline there was only an automated message redirecting me to the support emailing service, on which someone had just told me to use this phone service.
Overall unsatisfied with the product and the support services in almost every way possible. It has mostly been a large waste of my time and saving personal time in not constructing the PC myself was the main reason I attempted to use the service in the first place.

We answer all queries within 2 hours during office hours Monday to Friday.

Your support ticket was created on Friday at 23.51 and we answered the ticket at 12.09PM on Saturday
with your reply at 09.29AM and our return reply at 11.08AM.

I understand you had an issue creating an RMA as your IP Address location was blocked.
We sent you a different link to get around this for you and it is also possible to click on the RETURNS link on the header of each page of our website

You can always call us on 01 524 0570 and speak to us from 10AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday.

I have checked the RMA system and you have not opened an RMA
Please visit https://www.torquegaming.ie/returns and complete the RMA request
Once you do this we can send Nightline to collect the PC and once it arrives to our facility we will
examine , test , repair , and return.

Please complete and RMA and then we will then edit our reply to your review.
If you complete the RMA request this evening the collection will be on Wednesday.

Great service, fast delivery and my son it is over the moon with the purchase, he is just 13 and was saving for ages to get his gaming PC, he is so delighted he is already thinking about getting more things from you guys. Thanks again

Reliable supplier and good stock

This time I bought a monitor and a few accessories. The stock choice is good. Delivery was reasonably quick, everything arrived together well packaged, and the delivery man was pleasant. Previously I bought a fast PC from them, and will use this company again when I need PCs.

You have one valid order with us from the 1tth of October 2018 for the following Sharkoon SHARK FORCE MOUSE WHT - SKU: SHARK FORCE WHITE

The item you ordered with SKU - SHARK FORCE WHITE is the item we shipped to you
and which you signed for.

There is also no record of you having contacted support to report not receiving the correct item.

I have also checked the CCTV of the packed order and I can confirm that the item ordered was the item shipped.

Torque Gaming are excellent

great company, very well made product, customer service top class, couldn't help enough!
BUT courier delivery abysmal, like the worst courier company on planet earth, How nightline survive is beyond me, the only words that come out of their mouths are "I CAN'T," "I DON'T KNOW," I'M NOT AUTHORISED" and yes I did report this to Torque Gaming.

Thank you for your review and we apologise for any issue you had with Nightline. We have used multiple couriers over the last few years in an effort to improve deliveries across Ireland and these include GLS , DPD and FASTWAY. We have found that each are lacking in different areas and this is why for the last 2 years we have been using Nightline exclusively. Because of the value of our parcels we have made Nightline agree to some strict rules which include no deliveries to neighbours , no deliveries to alternative addresses unless agreed in writing by ourselves , no drivers signing for deliveries ,etc. These rules have been put in place to improve the service however on occasions for example if a customer wants to change from a business to a home address Nightline must agree this with ourselves first. Nightline are not responsible for these rules and if one of these rules caused your issue I apologise. Nightline are not part of the UPS group and we are hoping the service will improve over the coming months. In truth the level of service from Nightline has greatly improved over the last 24 months however they are still not perfect and there is room for improvement.
We are constantly looking to improve our services and we constantly monitor the delivery options available to us in Ireland.

I am happy that we could help you and that your PC was to your expectations.
