I didn’t realize I had subscribed to a subscription. I had a charge on my card and immediately reached out and explained I wasn’t aware of subscription service. The team helped by refunding and canceling immediately

Ashley assisted me, now here's hoping I act get a refund and it wasn't just a hoax. I didn't sign up for this site, didn't even VISIT said website. I had purchased something on a different website, not connected tho this one, and was charged for some membership things for 2 other sites I didn't even visit or knew existed until I received the emails from them and checked my card account.
