GOOD VALUE & EXCELLENT SERVICE

First time I've owned a Toyota car and I don't normally insure with the car company but in this instance, Toyota Insurance was the best value. Both customer service agents I spoke to were extremely pleasant and efficient. Very happy with the service. Only thing I would say to Toyota is "Please can you sort out your list of models? Far too many of them, sometimes duplicated, and it was really difficult to find the exact correct model before the registration was complete. Does it really need to be so complicated?"

Overall happy with the policy

Overall happy with the policy. I was a little frustrated that the price increased by £50 just for bringing the start date forward by 1 day but the price was still competitive and I was sat in the dealership ready to go.
