Overall happy with the policy

Overall happy with the policy. I was a little frustrated that the price increased by £50 just for bringing the start date forward by 1 day but the price was still competitive and I was sat in the dealership ready to go.

Be very careful

Be very careful - never accept their third party offer.. had a non-fault accident and then toyota covering the other driver they reached out to me and said they will cover me without putting in a claim through my own insurance saying that it would avoid me putting a claim on my own policy. They kept telling me that if i'm not happy i could raise a complaint with Financial Ombudsman and then when I did Toyota insisted that I am not eligible to raise a complaint as I'm not their direct customer. Unethical practices they should be ashamed of themselves.
