Escribí a los dos meses para que anularán mi suscripción debido a problemas personales y está semana he recibido un correo de Ann pidiendo disculpas por la tardanza y explicándome que mi caso había llegado a sus manos para revisarlo y lo decidido por ella ha sido totalmente satisfactorio para mí.gracias

I was persuaded to buy credits at toyshopgo - through a Facebook link. In the next step apparently you are led to buy an abonnement. Now after telling toyshopgo that this is no business behaviour, i was offered a refund but the next day they tried to use my credit card again.
