Recently purchased a multi region 4 k player from TPS (The Perfect Signal Limited), very swift delivery it only took a couple of days from buying to delivery,
Power lead and remote supplied and batteries for the remote.

The Player is fantastic very happy and very easy to use .
I have a had the garage professionally converted well insulated for sound and cold, radiator added to heating system and ceiling fan for the hot and humid nights , before that it was a horrible cold storage room leaves and rain blowing in under the door, door rattling only mice getting in ,only once in years did we garage our car.
I now spend most Saturday nights watching movies as they should be watched when I retire soon every night I will watch a movie
Roll on Rambo 6 and all the other franchises like Aliens/ Predator keep em coming

Oh I forgot to add that it was the same price direct from TPS with a free warranty I think it was 3 years and I got a free 4K / blu ray with this player mine was The Shawshank Redemption.
There is other offers on different players with Different 4K / blu ray.
I chose direct from them over Amazon at the same price because you did not get the warranty you had to purchase this and no free 4K / blu ray

Very happy with the all-region Panasonic UHD player I bought from TPS - multiregion functionality works well for switching between Blu-ray regions. Communication and customer service also excellent.

I bought this remote N2QAYB001109 for £20 instead of the original, that was recommended on Amazon, for my Panasonic 58 DX750B 58 that is £59.99!!!

It does everything that the original does and I’m delighted.

We bought a 55" Panasonic GZ950 from TPS back in 2019 with 5 year Panasonic and 2 year additional TPS warranty, taking it to 7 years. The service from TPS then was great and we were really happy with the TV in the years since. Fast forward to April 2024 when our GZ950's panel died. As the TV was well within Panasonic's 5 year warranty period, we contacted them for resolution. Long story short, over 3 months and countless chase ups later, Panasonic eventually decided we could ask for a refund or replacement. They gave no assurance we could get the most comparable model in their new line-up, nor any uplift in refund cost - original 2019 purchase price only. However, we were required to ship the TV back to the original retailer at our expense first. We don't live around the corner, being some 500 miles away, so not cheap. Luckily I had the original box in the loft so couriered the TV back to TPS. TPS service as in 2019 was exemplarily. Peter at TPS arranged full refund as quickly as possible, but unfortunately now needs to get his money back from Panasonic. Please be aware of these limitations with Panasonic's service and warranty if purchasing their TVs. Decent product but if it goes faulty... That's why I've gone back to Sony, now have their A95L (cracking TV). Can't rate TPS service highly enough - top company.

ordered the region free UB820 from them and it arrived the day after they received stock.

as soon as I placed the order they contacted me to let me know that they're currently out of stock and that they'll update me when more stock arrived so that's amazing customer service.

Purchased a new DP-UB9000EB1 This an excellent player and considering it has the multi region mod is very good value. John Lewis charges the same for the basic player.
ordered this 10am Friday was delivered 10am Saturday, can’t ask for much better than that

I had an issue with a Panasonic blu-ray drive purchased through TPS, and after some communication back and forth, they took the machine back (with TPS arranging and paying for shipping), checked it and ultimately replaced it. Obviously the initial fault was not caused by TPS, but I greatly appreciate a retailer who looks after their customers and makes sure things are made right. The communication was quick, and the replacement player has been perfect ever since. Thank you

Bought a multi-region blu-ray. Got assistance on the phone straight away helping me decide whether this was right for me. Once ordered the unit turned up the next day. IT's been working fine for about 6 weeks now.
