TPS has always delivered what ever I have ordered on time and as advertised
It is a good company to deal with

Purchased the Panasonic DP-UB820 multi-region 4K / Blu-Ray / DVD player from TPS in January.

When initially looking to purchase it was out of stock, I emailed and received an immediate reply advising when would be available again.

When stock was received I received a further mail advising that was back in stock.

I ordered the item on a Tuesday afternoon and although could have been delivered sooner I requested a Friday delivery due to work commitments.

Player received and works perfectly. It replaced my UB-450 which still works fine but wanted to upgrade for the better audio visual quality offered by the UB820 and also multi-region blu-ray.

Aftersales contact from TPS has been 1st class and having now purchased 2 4K players from them would definitely use again.

Had exactly the component we were looking for (catering for "legacy" equipment). Very informative website. Delivered exactly as promised. And pre-purchase telephone advice was helpful too.

Blu ray box arrived real quick,i looked at so many dvd players saying region free etc,till you read review and there not,till i found 1review on amazon saying go through TPS and get what you are looking for,so i did and can now watch any dvd brilliant many thanks

I was so pleased with my experience with TPS. Such value for money for my 4k player was and perfect condition. Great swift delivery and communication. I would thoroughly recommend TPS. Very very happy and I even had a call to check if everything was ok!

I ordered a new television hand set from TPS, using a debit card, and for some reason the webpage said it was not a secure connection. I then reordered another using a credit card and the transaction went through. Within an hour I had a phone call from TPS to ask me did I really want 2 handsets. I did take the 2 as it was for my husband who has limited mobility. The hand sets arrived within a few days and both work very well. What impressed me was the concern for my well-being as I had ordered 2 hand sets. I would recommend them to anybody as their customer care is second to none.

Recently purchased my fifth Multi Region player from TPS and once again i am very happy with my purchase. As always the service and product quality is excellent and I will continue to use TPS for all my Multiregion/4K needs.

TPS provided a very efficient service.
They answered my email enquiry promptly and the answer provided helped me to make my purchase.
I ordered the 4K UHD Blu-ray player quite late in the day, but they managed to have it with me the next working day.
I also spoke to them on the phone, nice friendly manner

Excellent service from start to finish. I made a mistake on my order and they rang me back quickly and helped me rectify it. The correct Sony 4k UHD player was dispatched the same day and arrived the following working day with instructions as its a multi region player. I will recommend them to friends.

The television was in stock, I arranged to pick it up and the gentleman kindly loaded it into my car for me.

TPS delivered the multi-region Sony player promptly, and it plays Region 1 dvds ! Plus a free UHD disk to test it with.

Very fast shipping, very happy with product, as described and works great - plays everything including region a blu rays without hassle. Would happily buy from TPS again.
